RETURNED CHECKS - There is a $30 fee on all returned checks (electronic and paper), as our bank charges us when a check does not clear for this reason.

FIFTH WEEKS - Tuition fees are based on four-week months, but to make up for holidays and keep tuition consistent each month we do meet on 5th weeks when they occur. We do not meet during the weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, and Spring Break.

ATTENDANCE - Monthly payments are required regardless of the child's attendance. If you are planning for your child to be away from school, please notify our office in advance, and tuition will be prorated for your convenience.

WITHDRAWAL - To withdraw your child, you must e-mail our office. If you fail to notify us directly, billing will continue to accrue for which you will be responsible. We ask that you provide us with a 30-day notice if you plan to remove your child from Stretch-n-Grow. Your child will not be taken off the roll until a parent contact has been made. Please DO NOT inform your bank to stop automatic payments as a way to withdraw your child from Stretch-n-Grow. When our system attempts to draft the payment, and funds are unavailable the bank charges us a $30 fee which is then applied to your account. We ask that you provide us with a 30-day notice if you plan to remove your child from Stretch-n-Grow.

LATE FEE: Payments for Classes are due on the 1st of each month there will be a $10.00 late fee charged on the 15th. If your account is delinquent for 30 days your child will not be able to continue classes unless payment is made. (Billing will still accrue) NOTE: CLASSES MEET YEAR-ROUND UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTIFIED.

MAKE UP CLASSES - If classes are canceled for any reason we will make up classes by extending the next two classes by 15 min. We will also hold online zoom classes. MINIMUM ENROLLMENT - A minimum enrollment of four children is necessary for a class to be scheduled. Classes will be cancelled with notice if this should occur.

I have received or will obtain a copy of Stretch-n-Grow of Hattiesburg/Laurel's policies and agree to carefully read and follow the rules and guidelines outlined therein. I understand that Stretch-n-Grow of Hattiesburg/Laurel does not offer credit and/or refunds for classes missed due to holidays, illness, weather, or other circumstances.

I also acknowledge that there are inherent risks of physical or property damage, loss, or injury that may result from my or my child’s participation in Stretch-n-Grow programs, and I voluntarily assume all such risks.

Additionally, I understand that a two-week written notice is required to withdraw from any class. To withdraw, please email us at stretchandgrowfit@gmail.com. If you do not receive a reply, we kindly ask that you follow up, as your original message may have been missed or filtered.
