Afrobeats Junior Groovers classes are designed for beginner to intermediate levels. At this level students will receive more in-depth guidance in both the practical and theoretical understandings of their bodies, and the intricacies of dance and movement. A greater emphasis on the conditioning and technique required to perform these dances: a) at the highest quality; and b) without incurring injury to promote long healthy careers in dance. Age 9-12 is an important time in the development of a young body and mind, and at AGS we pride ourselves in working diligently with our students to support them through this time.
