1. Term Structure & Fees
- Allegro operates on a termly basis (approximately 10 weeks, aligned with school terms).
- PAY FEES BY 26TH OF EACH MONTH. Late fees will be charged with 5%. per week
- Fees are compulsory for all registered classes, whether attended or not.
- Missed classes do not qualify for refunds or fee reductions.
- One month’s written notice via email is required to discontinue classes, and the final month’s fees remain payable in full.
- If notice is given in November, a two-month notice period applies to avoid skipping December fees.
- A R800 penalty fee will apply if no notice is provided.

2. Attendance & Make-Up Classes
- No classes will be held on public or school holidays, unless otherwise communicated.
- Classes missed due to illness may be made up in another class of the same level, provided a valid medical note is submitted.

3. Drop & Go Studio
- Allegro operates as a drop & go studio, meaning parents are not permitted in classes.
- Exceptions: parents may observe the first trial class and the last class of each term (Watch Week).

4.Punctuality
- Gymnasts must be dropped off and collected on time.
- Allegro is not responsible for gymnasts before or after their scheduled class time.
- Late collection disrupts classes and is not permitted.

5. Uniform & Hair
- Hair must be neatly tied in a high Rhythmic Gymnastics bun or French plait.
- Gymnasts must wear fitted, one-tone training gear or Allegro uniform.
- Casual clothing, loose attire, ballet tutus, or inappropriate costumes are not permitted.

6. Food & Drink
- ONLY Water is allowed during training. No gum, sweets, or fizzy drinks.

7. Health & Safety
- Gymnasts should not attend class if unwell.
- Parents are responsible for ensuring their child is medically fit to participate in physical activity.
- Allegro and its coaches are not liable for injuries, accidents, or losses sustained during training, performances, events, or related activities.

Fees

Fee Structure:

Fees vary by level 💰.
Higher levels require more hours of training, and the fees are adjusted accordingly.
We recommend training at least 2 days per week for Levels 1, 2, and 3 🏋️‍♀️.
For Levels 4-7, we recommend training at least 3 days per week 🏆.
For Voluntary Levels (Levels 8-10), and HP, Junior, and Senior athletes, we recommend training 4-5 times per week 💪.
Late Fees: A 5% penalty will be applied to any late payments 📅.

Participation in Groups and Pre HP Classes are by invitation only
One Terms notice is required from all gymnasts
We accommodate illnesses and injury but all classes missed from holidays and exams must be made up on another day.

Cancellation and reduction in days of training requires a months notice

- Indemnity Agreement:

All parents, gymnasts, and related parties agree to indemnify Allegro Rhythmic Gymnastics Club C.C., competition venues, training venues, the Western Cape Gymnastics Association, and the South African Gymnastics Federation (as well as their owners, staff, and venues) against any claims, losses, injuries, or damages incurred during participation in classes, events, or competitions 🏅.

- Terms of Notice for Leaving the Gym:

In the event that your child wishes to discontinue training, a one-month notice must be provided to Allegro Rhythmic Gymnastics 📅. This notice is required for all gymnasts to ensure proper scheduling and avoid unnecessary charges.

- Branch-Specific Information:

Please ensure that you follow the instructions relevant to the correct branch your child is attending (either Hermanus or Cape Town) 📍. This is important to ensure we have the correct registration details, payment information, and schedules for each location.
