- Legal Agreement:

By completing your registration, you agree to the following waiver and policies, which can be accessed in your parent portal:

- Indemnity Agreement:

All parents, gymnasts, and related parties agree to indemnify Allegro Rhythmic Gymnastics Club C.C., competition venues, training venues, the Western Cape Gymnastics Association, and the South African Gymnastics Federation (as well as their owners, staff, and venues) against any claims, losses, injuries, or damages incurred during participation in classes, events, or competitions 🏅.

- Terms of Notice for Leaving the Gym:

In the event that your child wishes to discontinue training, a one-month notice must be provided to Allegro Rhythmic Gymnastics 📅. This notice is required for all gymnasts to ensure proper scheduling and avoid unnecessary charges.

- Branch-Specific Information:

Please ensure that you follow the instructions relevant to the correct branch your child is attending (either Hermanus or Cape Town) 📍. This is important to ensure we have the correct registration details, payment information, and schedules for each location.
