Welcome to DanzStar Summer Camp
Jump into summer with DanzStar as we shine like the sun every day at Summer Camp! Campers will explore jazz, ballet, hip hop, and acro through movement, educational videos, creative crafts, games, and themed activities.
As a faith-based program, dancers will participate in Bible study, memorize Bible verses, engage in Christian-based activities, and grow in their relationship with God through fellowship, coloring activities, games, and interactive lessons.

REGISTRATION, FEES & TUITION
* A **$25 non-refundable registration fee** is required at the time of enrollment to secure your child's spot.
* Full camp tuition is due at registration.
* Enrollment is not considered complete until all fees are paid in full.
* Enrollment deadlines:
* June Camps: **June 7**
* July Camps: **July 10**
* If a camp reaches capacity, families may request placement on a waiting list.

CAMP CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
* All camp fees are **non-refundable**.
* Fees will not be prorated or refunded for missed days due to illness, vacations, scheduling conflicts, dismissal from camp, or any other reason.

HOURS OF OPERATION
* Doors open daily at **8:30 AM**.
* Full-Day Camp concludes at **4:00 PM**.
* Half-Day Camp concludes at **12:00 PM**.
Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring timely drop-off and pick-up of campers.
# LATE PICK-UP POLICY
* A **$15 late fee** will be assessed for any camper picked up after the designated camp closing time.
* Repeated late pick-ups may result in suspension or termination of camp enrollment.
Timely pick-up is appreciated to ensure camper safety and staff availability.

SAFETY & SECURITY
For the safety of all campers:
* Facility doors will be locked 15 minutes after opening each day.
* Doors will reopen 15 minutes prior to scheduled dismissal.
* The facility is monitored by security cameras 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
* Authorized DanzStar staff members supervise campers throughout camp hours.

BEHAVIOR POLICY
DanzStar is committed to providing a positive, respectful, and Christ-centered environment.
Campers are expected to:
* Treat staff and fellow campers with kindness and respect.
* Follow instructions from camp staff.
* Demonstrate good sportsmanship and positive behavior.
* Use appropriate language and conduct.
The following behaviors will not be tolerated:
* Bullying or harassment
* Physical aggression
* Disrespect toward staff or campers
* Inappropriate language
* Refusal to follow safety rules or staff instructions
Staff will address behavior concerns through redirection and communication with parents/guardians when necessary.
DanzStar reserves the right to dismiss any camper whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or inconsistent with camp expectations. No refunds will be issued in the event of dismissal.
MEDICAL AUTHORIZATION & EMERGENCY CARE
In the event of an emergency, I authorize DanzStar staff to obtain emergency medical treatment for my child if I cannot be reached immediately.
I understand that every effort will be made to contact me or my emergency contact before treatment is administered when reasonably possible.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY
I understand that participation in dance instruction, acrobatics, recreational activities, games, crafts, and physical exercise involves inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, collisions, sprains, strains, fractures, and other injuries.
I voluntarily allow my child to participate in DanzStar Summer Camp and assume all risks associated with participation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless DanzStar Dance Studio, its owners, directors, instructors, employees, volunteers, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from or related to my child's participation in camp activities, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
