Registration & Tuition * Tuition is due on the 1st of each month. * A $25 late fee will be added to accounts not paid by the 5th of the month. * Tuition is non-refundable and reserves your dancer’s spot in class, regardless of attendance. * Returned payments are subject to a $30 returned payment fee. * Families enrolling after the session begins will receive prorated tuition when applicable. ⸻ Attendance * Consistent attendance is important for progress and confidence-building. * Please notify the studio if your dancer will be absent. * Make-up classes may be offered when space is available but are not guaranteed. * No refunds or credits are issued for missed classes. ⸻ Arrival & Pick-Up * Dancers should arrive 5–10 minutes before class begins, dressed and ready. * Parents/guardians must pick dancers up promptly at class dismissal. * For safety, younger dancers will only be released to approved adults listed on their account. ⸻ Dress Code Students must arrive in proper dance attire with hair secured neatly. Ballet/Tap (Ages 3–6): * Solid leotard * Pink tights or Tan tights * Ballet shoe * Tap shoes * Hair in bun or secured away from face Other Classes: Specific dress requirements will be shared at registration. No jeans, distracting jewelry, or gum in class. ⸻ Classroom Expectations At Next Level Dance Company, we value: * Respect for teachers and classmates * Positive attitudes * Listening and participation * Kindness and encouragement Disruptive behavior may result in parent communication and, if necessary, dismissal from class. ⸻ Parent Observation * Parents are welcome during designated observation weeks. * To minimize distraction, regular class observation may be limited for younger dancers. * Please silence phones and avoid interrupting class instruction. ⸻ Recital & Performances * Participation details will be announced in advance. * Costumes and recital fees must be paid by stated deadlines. * Attendance at rehearsals is required for performance participation. ⸻ Weather & Studio Closures Closures due to weather or emergencies will be announced through the Carnes app and studio communication channels. Make-up classes will be scheduled when possible. ⸻ Photo & Video Policy Photos/videos may be used for studio promotion unless written opt-out notice is submitted. Parents may record only during designated performance/observation times. ⸻ Withdrawal Policy A 30-day written notice is required to withdraw from classes.
