Dance Team Training by Jordann Pierluissi

Jordann Pierluissi is the Founder and Director of Precision Dance Team Training, a high-performance training program designed to develop technically elite, powerful, and versatile dancers. With over 18 years of experience, she blends industry-level choreography with science-based training through her certifications in Acrobatic Arts, Alixa Flexibility, and Relative Motion Training.

As a Florida Department of Education (FLDOE) certified adjudicator, Jordann brings true pedagogy and performance standards into the studio—offering dancers a level of training that extends far beyond the traditional class experience.

A graduate of the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology, and a former member of the nationally ranked UCF Dance Team, Jordann currently serves as the Creative Director & Head Choreographer for the Nease High School Dance Team. In 2026, she led the program to its first-ever UDA Regional Division I Pom Title, setting a new standard for excellence.

Her work continues to shape and elevate dancers across the region through both her leadership and Precision Dance Team, where discipline, detail, and performance excellence define the standard.
