MS OPEN DT TRAINING
Open Dance Team Training is a high-performance training class designed for dancers looking to elevate the technical execution of their jumps, leaps, kicks, turns, tricks, and overall dance team performance quality. This intensive two-hour class takes a deep dive into flexibility, strength, power, mobility, conditioning, and endurance training to help dancers build the athleticism and body control required for elite-level precision and performance.

Nease Training & Rehearsal
Nease Closed Rehearsal & Training is reserved exclusively for members of the Nease Dance Team. This dedicated rehearsal block is designed to develop performance quality, technical precision, synchronization, endurance, and team execution through focused cleaning, choreography rehearsal, conditioning, and specialized dance team training.
Athletes will work on performance material, game day preparation, competition routines, technique development, flexibility, strength, and overall team standards in a structured, high-accountability environment. Participation is limited to official Nease Dance Team members only.
