Read Your Waivers! Student/Parent Agreement

Important Information About Your WMS Waiver AgreementsAt West Main Studios, reading your WMS waiver agreements carefully is essential. The Student/Parent Registration Agreement is especially important—please review it thoroughly and accept it promptly. This document includes critical deadlines, fees, and dates you need to keep track of.Stay updated by checking our online calendar regularly or through your WMS Parent Portal. It is your responsibility to keep track of all events and ask any questions you may have. We communicate primarily through email and text messages, so please check your inbox often. For assistance, you can call or text us anytime at 256-431-0377.
Make-up Classes Policy - We do not have set make-up classes, but in special cases, your dancer might attend a comparable class. Keep in mind, classes are tailored for specific age groups and skill levels, so a make-up might not always be the best fit. Illness is a valid reason for absence, but conflicts aren’t. We encourage you to inquire about private lessons to help your dancer stay on track. Feel free to contact us with any questions!
