Baby Dance is tailored for young dancers ages 3 to 5. This class offers an introduction to the fundamentals of rhythm, musicality, and freestyle movement. Students will explore age-appropriate routines while developing coordination, strength, and personal style. The 45-minute sessions are interactive and imaginative, using kid friendly beats and creative exercises. Props, stories, and creative games enhance engagement and spark imagination.

These classes cover the basics of ballet technique and terminology, while initiating age appropriate floor work and exercises. Students begin practicing fundamental posture and alignment principles, with an emphasis on joint flexibility. Through imaginative play, props, storytelling, and fantasy elements, this class fosters body awareness, muscle development, motor coordination, and self-expression.

My Grown Up & Me is a class designed for parents with children 15 months to 36 months. Coordination between arms, legs, and head becomes essential, as well as balance and stability. Each exercise is accompanied by classical music to develop a sense of rhythm and musicality. At this level, students begin their introductory pointe work, which marks a milestone in their training. Dancing en pointe brings a magical quality to movement, allowing students to express elegance and virtuosity with strength and confidence.

The class is structured into floorwork, barre, center work, and allegro. At this level, students begin to develop a more conscious understanding of turnout (en dehors), with increased emphasis on leg lines and footwork. By the end of the course, students are expected to have memorized and performed at least 25 different ballet steps both theoretically and practically.

They also practice grand jumps, leaps and combinations with battus (beaten jumps in the air). Emphasis is placed on musicality and performance!
