The Pre-Elite Intensive is a one-week, audition-based program designed for dedicated dancers seeking a higher level of training and commitment. Dancers must audition to be considered and, if selected, will be admitted into a pre-elite group for this intensive experience. Participation in the intensive serves as the entry point into our competitive program, with dancers committing to a full season of competition classes following completion.

Junior Ballet | 7-10 years
Our Junior Ballet class builds upon the fundamentals of classical ballet while introducing more advanced technique and terminology in a supportive environment. Dancers will develop proper body alignment, strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, musicality, and artistry through barre work, center exercises, and across-the-floor progressions. This class provides a strong technical foundation that supports success in all styles of dance and is ideal for dancers looking to refine their technique and grow as performers.

Dress Code: Any color ballet leotard may be worn, and ballet skirts are welcome. Ballet tights and ballet shoes are required. Hair should be neatly secured away from the face.

Please bring a labeled water bottle to each class.

Palace Performance Group #1 - Full Company Jazz
Dancers will have the exciting opportunity to perform a high-energy jazz piece to "Sleigh Ride" as part of Jessica Lynn's A Very Merry Classic Christmas tour at the Palace Theatre. This performance-based class will focus on jazz technique, musicality, performance quality, and stage presence while preparing dancers for a professional theatre experience. Students will learn choreography, rehearse as an ensemble, and experience what it's like to perform in a live holiday production that can be proudly added to their performance résumé.

This class culminates in an onstage performance at the Palace Theatre on Sunday, November 29th, providing dancers with a memorable professional performance experience in front of a live audience.

Please Note: This is a specialty seasonal performance class and is separate from both recreational and competition team tuition. As a result, multi-class discounts do not apply to this class.

The tuition for this class includes an $80 class registration fee, which covers the dancer's performance costume and any necessary costume accessories.

Official Performance Group jackets will be available for purchase once sizing has been finalized. Pricing will vary based on the selected style and size availability, but is expected to be approximately $80–$100, based on last year's costs.

On the day of the performance, dancers will remain under the supervision and care of our staff between the technical rehearsal and performance call. Depending on the final schedule, we may leave the theatre for a group lunch. Permission slips and additional details regarding lunch arrangements will be provided once the event schedule has been finalized.

Dress Code: Dancers should wear fitted dancewear, including leotards, sports bras, dance tanks, athletic crop tops, fitted shorts, leggings, or other approved dance attire. Baggy clothing, oversized sweatshirts, and pajama-style clothing are not permitted. Tan jazz shoes are required, and hair must be neatly secured away from the face.

This class focuses on building coordination, rhythm, musicality, confidence, and performance quality while introducing foundational hip hop technique in a positive and supportive environment. It's a great way for young dancers to express themselves, develop their own style, and have fun while building a strong foundation in hip hop.

Dress Code: Comfortable athletic clothing and clean sneakers are required. For the safety and cleanliness of our dance floors, sneakers worn outdoors will not be permitted in the studio. Please wear a clean, studio-only pair of black sneakers. Note: Baggier clothing is acceptable for Hip Hop; however, pajamas and sleepwear are not considered appropriate dance attire. Acro | 10 - 15 years
Acro Dance combines the artistry of dance with the athleticism of acrobatics, focusing on developing strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, and control. Dancers will learn foundational acro skills such as handstands, cartwheels, bridges, walkovers, limbers, and other progressive tricks while emphasizing proper technique, body alignment, and safe skill development. This class is designed to help dancers build confidence, increase flexibility and strength, and seamlessly incorporate acrobatic skills into their dance training and performances.

Through individualized progressions, dancers will develop body awareness, core strength, and flexibility while working toward new skills in a supportive and encouraging environment. Acro training serves as an excellent complement to all styles of dance and helps dancers perform with greater strength, control, and confidence.

Dress Code: Dancers should wear fitted dancewear, including leotards, sports bras, dance tanks, athletic crop tops, fitted shorts, leggings, or other approved dance attire. Technique 101 is a non-performance class designed to introduce dancers to the fundamentals of strong dance technique. Through barre work, center exercises, across-the-floor progressions, and conditioning, students will build the technical skills needed to grow confidently in all styles of dance. This class is ideal for dancers looking to strengthen their foundation and continue progressing in their overall dance training.

Dress Code: Dancers should wear fitted dancewear, including leotards, sports bras, dance tanks, athletic crop tops, fitted shorts, leggings, or other approved dance attire.
