They spend time playing games to learn how to do fundamental Brazilian Jiu Jitsu movements such as a front roll, break fall, shrimping. They also learn the basic positions of Jiu Jitsu. Most of all though, we make sure they have fun. At LTJJC "We love this sport", and the point of this class is to instill that love in children.

Classes will consist of ankle strengthening, barre work, center combinations and across the floor to help prepare for pointe shoes. Dancers will learn to control their movements in preparation for pointe shoes, building a further expertise in ballet.
