Regular attendance is essential for student progress and class cohesion. We expect students to attend all scheduled classes and be on time. Absences should be reported via email, and students may also request an absence in advance through the studio portal. If a class is missed, makeup classes must be scheduled within one month through the studio portal and are subject to availability. Excessive absences may impact participation in performances or program eligibility. Consistency in attendance ensures students receive the full benefits of their training and supports their growth as dancers.

All families are required to enter card information upon enrollment. By enrolling in AutoPay with Empower School of Movement, LLC, I authorize Empower School of Movement, LLC to automatically charge the designated payment method on file for tuition and applicable fees on the due date each month. I understand and agree to the following terms:

Payment Responsibility: I am responsible for ensuring that the payment method on file is current and has sufficient funds.

Declined Payments & Late Fees: If a payment is declined, I will be notified, and a $25 late fee may apply if the balance is not paid within three (3) days. Continued non-payment may result in suspension from classes until the balance is resolved.

Cancellation Policy: To cancel AutoPay, I must submit a written request to accounts@empowerdancestudio.com at least 14 days before the next billing cycle.

Processing Fees: A 3% charge applies to credit card payments, while ACH payments incur no additional fees.

Refund Policy: Tuition and fees processed through AutoPay are non-refundable.

Authorization & Agreement: By enrolling in AutoPay, I acknowledge and agree to the terms stated above.

By enrolling in Empower Dance, LLC programs, I acknowledge the risks associated with physical activity, including dance, tumbling, and movement-based exercises. I agree not to hold Empower Dance, LLC, its staff, or affiliates liable for injuries sustained during participation. I also authorize staff to seek emergency medical attention if necessary, with all costs being my responsibility.

By enrolling at Empower School of Movement, LLC, I authorize Empower School of Movement, LLC to capture and use photographs and videos of my child for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, the studio website, marketing materials, and press releases. Empower Dance, LLC will not use these images for any other purpose outside of promotional and marketing efforts.

If I do not consent to my child's image being used, I may opt out by selecting the appropriate option in my account settings.

Empower School of Movement is responsible for students during their scheduled class times. For safety and security, all parents/guardians must list authorized pick-up individuals in Studio Pro, including full contact information. Any individual picking up a child must be on this list and may be asked to provide a photo ID. If a student needs a one-time pickup or drop-off by someone not on the authorized list, we must receive written consent from the parent or guardian in advance.

Parents/guardians must enter the building or come to the designated pick-up door to visually confirm their child’s release. Students will not be released to individuals waiting outside or in vehicles without direct confirmation. Late pick-ups will incur a $10 fee for every 10 minutes late beyond the scheduled pickup time.

Empower Dance, LLC values your privacy. We collect personal information (e.g., name, email, phone number) for class registration, purchases, and communication. We also gather non-personal data (e.g., IP address, browser type) for website optimization. We do not sell or trade your information. Data may be shared with trusted service providers for operational purposes. We use cookies to enhance your experience, and you can manage settings in your browser.

We take precautions to protect your data, but no online system is 100% secure. Our site may contain third-party links, and we are not responsible for their privacy policies.

At Empower School of Movement, we value commitment to our programs and encourage families to consider enrollment as a significant commitment to their dancer’s growth and development. Withdrawal from our programs requires written notice. Please note that charges will continue until we receive your notification. Refunds for previous payments are not issued, and if a student drops before the end of the season, they may be responsible for paying in full for the remainder of the term.

Notification of withdrawal must be received in writing at least 30 days prior to the next billing cycle to avoid future charges.
