Tuition is calculated by the number of classes taken by the entire family (living in the same household) per week. Discounts have been incorporated into the Class Fee Schedule for multiple classes, as well as national holidays.
The Charmion Performing Arts Center’s class schedule and yearly season runs from September 1st thru May 31st of the calendar year specified. Students receive 33-36 weeks of classes. Payments will be made on a monthly basis throughout the nine (9) month period; September 1st thru May 31st. Tuition, calculated by the number of classes taken by the entire family per week, is an annual fee. Each installment or monthly payment does not pay for any particular month but rather contributes to the tuition for the whole school year. Acceptable payment methods include cash, personal checks, and credit cards (Visa, Master Card, and Discover). The preferred payment method is cash or check. However, credit card payments will be accepted. Credit Cards result in a 5% transaction fee. Automatic payments with a credit card are also available. Payments should be made out to the Charmion Performing Arts Center or “CPAC”.
The registration fee at the Charmion Performing Arts Center is $25.00 per family. The registration fee is a one (1) time charge, as long as the student or family is continuously enrolled in classes. If the student or family withdraws their enrollment or drops out of class for any period of time, the registration fee will be re-instated and required upon re-enrollment; unless the withdraw occurred upon the recommendation of the studio. Payment for any and all registration fees is required at time of registration.
All monthly payments associated with enrollment at the Charmion Performing Arts Center are due by the 10th of each month. No exceptions to the payment due date will be granted without specific written agreement initiated at the family’s request and specifying another due date. All payments received after the 10th of the month will be assessed a $25.00 late fee, unless written and signed agreements are in place. Students could be asked to sit out classes, or could be suspended from taking classes, if their account is more than thirty (30) days past due. Any decision related to class suspensions will be made at the discretion of the studio. Accounts more than thirty (30) days late will be assessed a $35.00 late fee. Accounts more that 60 days late will be assessed a $70.00 late fee. Accounts more than ninety (90) days late will be assessed a $100.00 late fee. All returned checks will be charged a fee of $50.00 for insufficient funds.
The Charmion Performing Arts Center does not issue monthly billing statements. Monthly payments are your responsibility. Billing statements are issued by the studio for delinquent accounts only over thirty (30) days past due. If your account is deemed “past due” and subsequently turned over to a collection agency, or legal counsel for civil action, by signing below, you agree to pay all collection fees, legal fees, and any other fees associated with the resolution of the account, in addition to the payment obligation owed to the Charmion Performing Arts Center LLC.

This enrollment agreement will be strictly enforced. A copy of this agreement will be provided only upon the specific request of the parent / guardian of the enrolled student. Non-attendance does not constitute a withdraw from classes or termination of this contract.

Notices given by e-mail or text will be accepted. (2) Payment of a $25.00 withdraw fee per class enrolled. (3) Payment for the specific month that the withdraw occurs. The contract for the required payments over the nine (9) month period or designated 2026-2027 season remains in force and valid unless all three (3) of the withdraw conditions are met. In summary, you are responsible for tuition and all applicable studio fees until all three (3) of the withdraw requirements are met in full.
The 2026-2027 class session concludes with an annual recital consisting of one (1) ro three (3) shows; date to be designated by the studio and occurring within the first full week of June 2027. No tuition payments are due in June of the calendar year. In preparation for the recital there will be multiple in-studio rehearsals, at least one (1) technical rehearsal, and one (1) dress rehearsal; in addition to the normal class schedule. Costumes for the recital must be purchased with payments, independent upon and in addition to monthly class tuition. The collection of costume payments starts October 1, 2026 with all costume payments being due no later than December 31, 2026 A $25.00 late fee will be assessed for all costume payments not paid by December 31, 2025. The average cost of each costume is projected to be $75.00-$80.00 each, but is dependent upon individual vendor. Payments for costumes for previous years cannot be transferred, credited, or refunded during the 2026-2027 season. No other refunds will be given; regardless of the circumstances.
To reduce costs, the studio will make every attempt to utilize combination costumes; costumes used for multiple dances. However, a combined costume is not guaranteed, and a separate costume may be required to be purchased for each individual class. For families taking multiple classes, recital costumes make up the largest lump sum expense associated with dance classes. Please take into consideration the total expense for costumes when enrolling in multiple classes. Costume fees are non-refundable, non-transferable, and must be received prior to ordering. All accounts must be current for costumes to be given out and for the student to be able to perform in the recital.
By enrolling in classes, you are automatically considered a participant in the yearly recital. If you elect to opt-out of the recital, notification must be made to the studio in writing prior to December 31, 2026, or within thirty (30) days of enrollment if enrollment occurs after December 31, 2026. Failure to notify the studio by the dates specified will result in a $50.00 non-participation fee being assessed.
If costume fees have been paid and the student withdraws, is expelled, or opts-out of recital participation prior to the ordering of the costume, the costume fees will not be refunded. However, the costume fees can be applied to any fees associated with the withdraw or recital non-participation. If the withdraw or opt-out occurs after costumes have been paid for and ordered, the costume fee will not be refunded nor applied to the associated withdraw or non-participation fees. Instead, the costume will be forfeited and will become the property of the studio. Should costume alterations be necessary, the studio will have personnel available to make the alterations at additional cost for participating students. Once received by the studio and provided to the student, all costumes must be safeguarded until completion of the recital. Costumes needing replaced or exchanged due to customer neglect or loss will be charged as new orders. The studio cannot guarantee costumes can be ordered or replaced past the specified deadline.
