P.A.T.Y.'Studio is a faith/positivism-based studio where student will learn how to perform and learn about positivism and a Godly message.
What we promise to provide in your dance education:
• A positive family and Faith based oriented dance experience, where we teach dancers to use their God given talent to Glorify Jesus.
• A personal growth in your performers’ self-esteem, self-motivation, and individual personal growth in mind, body, and soul.
• An overall experience of what it means to be a part of a performing arts community that shares/serves a positive and Godly message.
• A performing arts curriculum designed to ensure your performers reach maximum professional of their own performance growth.
• A teaching style that will strengthen the performer’s technique and help achieve a correct execution of performance routines.
• A development of technique tactics to achieve mastered dance steps.
• An overall performance experience that will give your performer an ultimate performing arts education with our new and innovative performance curriculum.

Finally, we welcome all performers and families to our new season. We hope you are all excited as we are to start our new season. As our staff at P.A.T.Y.’Studio strive to” To teach performing arts, guide youth to comfort and positivism, and provide performers with a positive influence through the fine art of dance, act and sing and the love for the Lord.” As we perform together to build performers positively and guide them to gain higher self-esteem, positive values, and guide them to be a great performer and person inside and out.

Communication Policy: I agree to follow the studio's communication channels:

I understand responses may take 1-3 business days for administrative matters and 2-3 business days for the leadership team to review more complex issues.

Lobby Etiquette: I will help maintain a respectful, quiet atmosphere in the studio's lobby. Complimentary coffee, water, snacks, and Wi-Fi are provided for your comfort.

Parent Observation Week (POW): I understand that parents are only allowed to observe class during the scheduled POW. Typically, the last or 3rd week of the month.

I acknowledge that the studio promotes monthly community charity events and performances, and I will support and encourage my and my performer's participation and involvement in these events.

All dancewear items WILL BE MANDATORY to be purchased through P.A.T.Y.’Studio. ALL REQUIRED items can be purchased at the Studio or online through our parent portal unless otherwise notified by the director.

Any performer NOT IN FULL PERFORMANCE ATTIRE WILL BE ASKED TO OBSERVE THE CLASS. This creates a performer's “professional discipline” and helps the instructor view the class as a whole.

Also, proper dance attire can help in avoiding any injury.

DOES YOUR LEOTARD GET DIRTY, OR PERFORMANCE CLOTHES AND DIDN'T HAVE TIME TO WASH?....ALL PERFORMERS CAN PURCHASE A PATY'STUDIO T-SHIRT AND USE FOR CLASS.

Military, Healthcare and Law Enforcement discount of 7% (cannot be combined with any other discount, (specialty classes excluded)
Season paid in full will receive 10% off but NO other discounts cannot be applied (Including Military discount).

If performer misses two consecutive classes without notice performer will be dropped automatically. There are no refunds of tuition for classes you’re scheduled to attend whether or not you attend the class. Unexcused absences will not receive make-up classes; an excused absence can attend a make-up class with director’s permission. PLEASE BE ADVISED YOU MUST DROP A CLASS WITH WRITTEN NOTICE BY THE FIFTEENTH OF THE MONTH TO STOP THE AUTOMATIC PAYMENT OR ANY REACURRING FEE FOR THE FOLLOWING MONTH, OR AUTOPAY WILL BE CONTINUED AND NO NOTICE WILL BE PROVIDED TO ACCOUNT HOLDER.
Private Lessons/Competition solos Policy: 24-hour notice is required to cancel a private class, if the notice is not within the 24 hrs. there will be a fee of $35 charged to your account.

Upon enrollment at P.A.T.Y.’Studio, each account holder will receive a welcome packet folder, along with an email containing the Performer Parent Handbook. This handbook outlines all studio rules, policies, and regulations. It is the responsibility of the account holder to read, understand, and adhere to all guidelines provided upon receipt of the packet.

Performer is committing to participate in the June recital and committing to attend all classes until recital is over. June recital includes purchasing the earrings and make-up tutorial link, and a recital costume for EACH recital class signed up for. If performer drops the class in the middle of the season after agreeing to recital commitment, it is still the guardian/ performer responsibility to pay the costume. Each costume is $100 per recital class. Folkloric class has a different costume price, please refer to the parent performer handbook. Deposits of $50 for each costume are due November 1st. If you have a card on file, it will automatically be charged for the costume deposit on November 1st and remainder on March 1st. Costume deposits and any payments made toward costumes are non-refundable. If performer drops out of class or decides not to participate in the recital after the costume fees have been paid, a refund will not be issued. If a performer drops after a costume has been ordered, account holder is still responsible to pay the remaining costume balance and account balance. Performer may not participate in the recital if they drop. Payments made toward costumes, recital earrings, and make-up tutorial links are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to other fees on your account. ANY RECITAL COSTUMES OR RECITAL ITEMS NOT PICKED UP AFTER SEASON IS OVER IS ASSUMED TO BE DONATION TO THE STUDIO.

Each performers family must purchase at least 4 recital tickets to help offset the cost of the recital production. If the performer has not purchased the required 4 tickets by June 1st your account will be charged for 4 tickets.

I, the adult applicant or I, the parent or legal guardian of the applicant listed below, hereby grant approval of the applicant’s participation in any and all of P.A.T.Y.'Studio programs and activities registered below. I do waive, release, absolve, indemnify and agree to hold harmless organizers, sponsors, supervisors, participants and persons involved in the operation of P.A.T.Y.'Studio from any claims arising out of injury or other loss to named applicant or any member of his/her family whether as a participant in the activities or as a spectator. I also grant permission for P.A.T.Y.'Studio to take photos of me or any child to use for the website and for purposes of promoting the studio. If any performer exhibits behavior that is dangerous to herself/himself or to other performers, P.A.T.Y.'Studio, reserves right to remove the perfomer from the studio. P.A.T.Y.'Studio is not liable for any injury, loss, or harm done to performer registered at P.A.T.Y.'Studio, nor is responsible for any hospital bill, claim, lawsuit due to loss, injury or harm.

Adult Classes (Salsa & Bachata, Fitness Unlimited Program) DO NOT RECEIVE DISCOUNTS.

Mandatory Rehearsals: Musical Theater has production days that cost $35 each and will consist of voice recordings and extra performance rehearsals. Musical Theater has approximately 4-6 additional production days. The Folkloric Showcase Team has 4-6 mandatory rehearsal days that cost $35 each.

Specialty Classes: For piano classes, any damage inflicted upon the pianos will be the responsibility of the performer or parent. Piano, Voice & Theater classes are specialty classes at a different price. Piano class has a separate registration fee of $40 per student.

A one-time registration fee of $40 per family is due upon enrollment each new season. Tuition is calculated on the "Payment Option and Monthly Tuition Agreement" sheet, and the applicant must agree to pay that tuition amount for the entire season. Tuition is due on the 1st of each month, with a grace period until the 5th.

What does your tuition/registration fee cover? Some months we only have 2-3 weeks of session, but tuition is NOT PRO-RATED and is charged at the full amount. During these months our staff is still working to assure your performer returns to a great program. Months with less sessions: August, March or April, December, June.
• All of the above promises for your performer’s performing arts education
• Group training with an experienced performing arts teacher
• 1-hour performance class or a scheduled and paid private lesson
• Preparation time for teachers/directors to prepare recitals, performing arts curriculum, choreography, and lesson plans.
• Studio: upgrades, office personal, all handouts and paperwork, constant communication, and continuous support.
• Studio: rent space, insurance and business operation costs.
• A performing arts studio where your performer and your performer’s family will always feel welcomed, respected, and feel a positive ambiance.

Late Fees: A $15 late fee will be applied to your account on the 6th of the month if tuition has not been paid for that month. An additional $35 late fee will be applied to your account on the 7th of each month for a returned check, declined transaction, or insufficient funds.

If the account holder has a balance and has a card on file with/without the auto pay option, P.A.T.Y.’Studio has permission to process the card to obtain the account balance. Account balances must be paid by June 1st. Penalties and interest charges will be added to your account and can be sent to a collection agency after 3 months for unpaid balances, and the student will be dropped. Applicants cannot enroll in a new season until the previous season's balance is paid in full. Our season operates from mid-August to mid-June.

Tuition and classes will automatically roll over to the subsequent season unless a written notice is received by the 15th of the month to stop recurring payments or autopay will continue. Tuition fees and classes are subject to change at the studio’s discretion, and it is the responsibility of parent/guardian to stay informed about any updates. Your registration serves as your agreement and acceptance to any changes in fees and classes that may occur between seasons.

June's tuition will remain the same, as we are offering a week of rehearsals to make up for the classes not held after the recital.
