You must be over 18 to register for an account
1. Once enrolled into classes at the beginning of the year, you will not need to select classes again for each term. 2. Enrolment fee is $30 per student or a limit of $60 per family. Students will not be able to take part in any classes unless they are enrolled online and an enrolment fee of $30 has been paid. The student will be asked to view the class rather than take part until enrolment and fee has been completed and paid. 3. The enrolment fee is only paid once at the beginning of the year.
1. Fees are sent per term and are required to be paid before term commences. 2. Any queries with statements please email ACCOUNTS admin@melissajadeacademyofdance.com 3. Once enrolled into classes at the beginning of the year, you will not need to select classes again each term. 4. Fees must be paid in full regardless of how many weeks or lessons have been attended. For example, if a student only attends 3 weeks of the term the full-term fee must be paid. 6. Fee reminders will be sent if fees haven't been paid. Students will not be able to attend class unless fees are paid or a payment plan has been arranged. 7. In a case of injury or severe illness, please contact me to arrange adjustment of term fees. 8. If a class is cancelled, a refund will be given for fees.
1. Classes must be dropped on the portal by the parent/student otherwise payment will continue. 2. If a student does not wish to continue with a class the following term, please drop the class before the current term is complete. 3. No class changes can be made to concert classes once students have committed to the concert at the end of term 2. 4. Timetable changes can be made to classes which are not a part of the end of year concert. This can only be done at the end of the previous term, once term statements are sent no adjustments to classes can be made. 5. If students will not be coming back to MJAD the following term, please drop all classes online and ensure all fees/payments have been paid.
