Terms & Conditions - Fees

1. Fees are sent per term and are required to be paid before term commences.
2. Any queries with statements please email ACCOUNTS admin@melissajadeacademyofdance.com
3. Once enrolled into classes at the beginning of the year, you will not need to select classes again each term.
4. Fees must be paid in full regardless of how many weeks or lessons have been attended. For example, if a student only attends 3 weeks of the term the full-term fee must be paid.
6. Fee reminders will be sent if fees haven't been paid. Students will not be able to attend class unless fees are paid or a payment plan has been arranged.
7. In a case of injury or severe illness, please contact me to arrange adjustment of term fees.
8. If a class is cancelled, a refund will be given for fees.
