1. Fees are sent per term and will be emailed out week 2 of each term.
2. Fees are due 4 weeks after sent. (due date will be on statements)
3. Any queries with statements please email ACCOUNTS melissajadedanceac@gmail.com
4. 10% will be added to fees outstanding after the due date
5. Once enrolled into classes at the beginning of the year you will not need to select classes again for each term.
6. Fees must be paid in full regardless of how many weeks or lessons have been attended. For example, if a student only attends 3 weeks of the term the full-term fee must be paid
7. Fee reminders will be sent if fees haven't been paid. After 3 reminders legal action will be taken. Fees include costume deposits and balances
8. In a case of injury or severe illness, please contact me to arrange adjustment of term fees
9. If a class is cancelled a refund will be given for fees and also enrolment fee if it is the only class enrolled
