I understand and agree that in participating in any dance class, workshop, rehearsal or performance, there is a possibility of physical injury or death. I voluntarily agree, therefore, to assume all risks and responsibility for any such injury or accident, which might occur to me or my child during any of Club Rince - The Irish Dance Club classes, rehearsals, performances, or activities. I also exempt, release, and indemnify Club Rince - The Irish Dance Club, A&E Dance LLC, its owners; Erin Hayes and Andrew Vickers, agents, volunteers, assistants, employees, guest artists, faculty members, and/or students from any and all liability claims, demands, or causes of action whatsoever from any damage, loss, sickness, injury, or death to me, my children, or property which may arise out of or in connection with participation in any classes or activities conducted by Club Rince - The Irish Dance Club. I further hereby voluntarily agree to waive my rights and that of my heirs and assigns to hold Club Rince - The Irish Dance Club, its owners, agents, volunteers, assistants, employees, guest artists, faculty members, and/or students liable for such damage, loss, injury, or death. I understand that I should be aware of my physical limitations and agree not to exceed them. If I am signing this waiver for my children, I certify that I am the parent or legal guardian and have the right to waive these rights.

Permission is granted to Club Rince - The Irish Dance Club to use photographs and video footage of students for publicity purposes including online and social media.

Club Rince - The Irish Dance Club collects and stores personal information to operate our programs, communicate with families, and process payments.

Information We Collect

We collect information provided at registration and throughout enrollment, including:

Dancer and parent/guardian names, contact information, and date of birth
Emergency contact and medical information relevant to safe participation
Payment information, processed through Dance Studio Pro and Stripe
Photos and video, governed separately by our Photo and Video Waiver

How We Use Information

We use this information to:
Manage class enrollment, attendance, and billing. Communicate with families about schedules, closures, and studio updates. Respond to medical or safety needs during classes, rehearsals, and performances. Meet legal and insurance requirements.

How We Store and Protect Information
Personal and payment information is stored and processed through Dance Studio Pro and its payment processor, Stripe. We also use Gmail and Google Voice for communication, Mailchimp for email updates and newsletters, and Excel for internal record keeping. We limit access to family information to staff who need it to do their jobs.

Sharing of Information
We do not sell or rent family information. Information may be shared with:
Our payment processor, to process billing,
Organizers or venues, when required for participation in an outside event,
Emergency medical personnel, if needed for a dancer's safety.

Data Retention
Financial and billing records are retained for 7 years to meet tax and accounting requirements. Enrollment and contact information is retained for up to 2 years after a family's departure, then archived or deleted. Medical and emergency information is retained only while a dancer is actively enrolled and deleted shortly after departure.

Your Rights
Families may request to review, correct, or delete their personal information by contacting Club Rince directly. We will honor deletion requests, except where financial records must be retained for tax or legal compliance.

Children's Information
Some of the information we collect relates to minors. We limit its use strictly to studio operations, safety, and communication with the minor's parent or legal guardian.

Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated from time to time. Continued enrollment indicates acceptance of the current policy.

I understand and agree that participating in any dance class, workshop, rehearsal, or performance carries a possibility of physical injury or death. I voluntarily agree to assume all risks and responsibility for any such injury or accident that might occur to myself and/or the dancer named on this registration during any Club Rince - The Irish Dance Club classes, rehearsals, performances, or activities, whether held at the studio or at an outside venue, including but not limited to feiseanna, recitals, and performances.

I also exempt, release, and indemnify Club Rince - The Irish Dance Club, its owners Erin Hayes and Andrew Vickers, A&E Dance, LLC, agents, volunteers, assistants, employees, guest artists, faculty members, and/or students from any and all liability claims, demands, or causes of action whatsoever from any damage, loss, injury, or death to myself, the dancer named on this registration, or property, which may arise out of or in connection with participation in any classes or activities conducted by Club Rince - The Irish Dance Club, regardless of location.

I further voluntarily agree to waive my rights, and those of my heirs and assigns, to hold Club Rince - The Irish Dance Club, its owners, agents, volunteers, assistants, employees, guest artists, faculty members, and/or students liable for such damage, loss, injury, or death.

I understand that I, or the dancer named on this registration, should be aware of physical limitations and agree not to exceed them.

In the event of injury or medical emergency, I authorize Club Rince staff to seek emergency medical treatment on behalf of the dancer named on this registration if I cannot be reached, and I agree to be financially responsible for any related costs.

If signing for a minor, I certify that I am the parent or legal guardian of the dancer named on this registration and have the legal right to waive these rights on the dancer's behalf.

Permission is granted to Club Rince - The Irish Dance Club to use photographs and video footage of students for publicity purposes including print, online and social media. Club Rince will never use full names or birthdates in any public photos or videos.
