1. I understand that if I enroll in classes, I am agreeing to abide by the policies at Kinetic Revelation. (Provided in the DOCUMENTS menu or via email or hard copy on request. It is your responsibility to read this prior to enrolling in class.)
2. I understand that if I wish to opt out of allowing photographs that may include my student (with no names listed), I must send an e-mail requesting it.
3. I understand that my class choices must be approved by an instructor prior to the first class I attend and I will be contacted if there is any problem with my class choice.
4. I understand that if minimum enrollment isn't met, the class start day may be delayed or the class could be canceled. My registration fee and any tuition payment will be refunded in the event that the class does not meet minimum enrollment causing cancellation of the class.
5. I understand that Autopay is required and that I am agreeing to automatic payments being withdrawn from my account when I enroll. If I wish to unenroll from Autopay, change the card from which funds are drawn, or update my card, I am responsible to do that as needed. Kinetic Revelation will not be liable for my failure to change cards that are associated with my account.
6. I understand that a 30-day written notice of withdrawing from classes is required and that charges will continue to apply until that time.

*Please request a policy form for your records if you are not able to access it here on the system, as well as a medical release form. Bring the signed medical release form with you to the first class.
*IMPORTANT: Registering online is a virtual signature that accepts the terms and conditions of all of our policies, even ones not listed here, so be sure to click on or request the forms and read them prior to online registration.
*Participating in classes, whether on-premises or online, constitutes your acceptance of all policies and that you agree to abide by them.
*All class registrations are subject to instructor approval. If you are enrolling a student new to Kinetic Revelation at higher than level 1, please contact us before registering for a specific class.
*Your registration will be confirmed via e-mail. Make sure you check out. You aren't actually enrolled until you do!
*We text occasionally. Most texts are for last-minute changes such as weather cancellations or reminders. Please allow us to text you. We promise we will not abuse this privilege.
*Online registration is also your consent to allow us to take pictures of classes, rehearsals, events, and performances that include your student and our use of the photos in promotional materials. We never list names without expressed consent specific to that use. If you do not consent to our taking photographs that may include your student, please write us an e-mail opting out of allowing photos. You will receive an acknowledgment of your opting out.
*NEW POLICIES:
If I am enrolled in classes in Kinetic Revelation's physical studio and an emergency such as a pandemic, a natural disaster, or other issue makes holding classes in the studio impossible, an option will be offered. The options may include meeting for classes at an alternate location, online classes, or other methods of holding class. I agree to participate in the option or give the required 30-day notice to withdraw from classes. Kinetic Revelation will hold all scheduled and paid for classes or refund enrolled families' tuition for any classes we are not able to hold in some form (in-studio, online, at an alternate location, or other available option) within 30 days due to any emergency situation.
*I agree not to bring any person to the studio, whether a student or accompanying person, who tests positive or has been diagnosed with a communicable illness while contagious, or anyone who is currently exhibiting symptoms of a communicable illness. Exceptions can be made with a negative test result.
*Though Kinetic Revelation (KR) takes all reasonable and safe precautions, KR cannot be held liable for any exposure to the COVID-19 virus, variants, or any illness caused by accidental exposure or faulty information provided by Student or Faculty Members.
