At Arise Studio of Dance, our mission is to provide exceptional dance education in a positive, nurturing environment where students grow in technique, confidence, character, and creativity. We strive to inspire excellence and pursue their purpose and passion with integrity and joy.

1. Registration Fees
All registration fees are non-refundable. Registration secures your dancer’s place in class and covers administration costs.
2. Tuition Payments
Tuition is non-refundable once the payment period has begun. Tuition reserves your dancer’s spot in class and covers instructor and studio operations, regardless of attendance. Missed classes do not automatically qualify for refund or credits.
3. Withdrawal Policy
If a family chooses to withdraw from class(es), notice to studio wonder must be submitted prior to the next billing cycle. Tuition already paid for the current billing period will not be refunded.
4. Recital and Costume Fees
Recital, costume, and performance-based fees are non-refundable once costumes have been ordered or production expenses have been incurred.
5. Medical Exceptions
In case of a documented medical issue that prevent participation for an extended period of time, Arise Studio of Dance may review refund or credit request on a case-by-case basis. Documentation may be required.
6. Class Cancellations
If Arise Studio of Dance must cancel a class due to unforeseen circumstances, makeup classes or account credits may be offered at the studio’s discretion.

By enrolling in Arise Studio of Dance and participating in studio activities, I agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Enrollment and Registration
Enrollment in classes is confirmed once registration is complete and payment is received. Class placement is based on age, skill level, and instructor recommendation. Arise Studio of Dance reserves the right to adjust class schedules, instructors, or placement as needed.

2. Tuition and Payments
Tuition is due according to selected payment schedule. Late payments may result in late fees or temporary suspension from participation or performance. Tuition is non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy. Registration fees are non-refundable. Failure to remain current on tuition may result in dismissal from class or performances.

3. Attendance
Consistent attendance is strongly encourages, especially during recital and performance preparation. While we understand absences may occur, missed classes do not qualify for tuition refunds.

4. Code of Conduct
All dancers and families are expected to maintain respectful behavior. Disruptive conduct, bullying, or inappropriate behavior toward staff or students will not be tolerated and may result in dismissal from the studio.

5. Recitals and Performances
Participation in recitals or competitions may require additional fees for costume, entry fees, and tickets. Clear communication regarding deadlines and costs will be provided in advance.

6. Photo and Media Release
Arise Studio of Dance celebrates student accomplishments through photographs and videos taken during classes, performances, competitions, recitals, camps, and special events.
I grant permission for photographs and videos of my child to be used on the Studio's website, social media platforms, printed materials, and promotional publications. Families may submit a written notice if they prefer their dancer not be included.

7. Assumption of Risks
Dance is a physical activity and carries inherent risk of injury. By enrolling, parents/guardians acknowledge and accept this risk. Arise Studio of Dance si not liable for injuries sustained during classes, rehearsals, or events, except in cases of proven negligence.

8. Policy Updates
Arise Studio of Dance reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued enrollment constitutes agreement to the most current version.
