Welcome to Ballet Arts Evolution!
Our mission is to provide exceptional dance education in a safe, professional, supportive, and inspiring environment. These policies are designed to ensure a positive experience for every dancer and family while maintaining the highest standards of training, professionalism, and mutual respect.
By enrolling in Ballet Arts Evolution, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to comply with the following Studio Policies & Financial Agreement.
1. Registration & Enrollment
Enrollment is accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and is subject to class availability.
Registration is considered complete only after all required forms, waivers, agreements, and tuition arrangements have been completed and accepted.
Ballet Arts Evolution reserves the right to cancel, combine, reschedule, substitute instructors, or modify classes and programs based on enrollment, staffing, scheduling, or operational needs.
2. Dance Season
The Ballet Arts Evolution dance season runs annually from September through June.
Tuition reserves a student's place for the entire dance season and is not based on the number of classes attended.
3. Tuition & Payment Policy
Tuition represents enrollment for the entire Ballet Arts Evolution dance season and reserves the student's place in class for the full season.
Families may choose one of the following payment options, when available:
Pay in Full
Three (3) Installment Payment Plan
Returning families who complete their registration and submit either a partial tuition payment or payment in full by July 25 are eligible to receive a $50 Early Bird Tuition Discount.
The Early Bird Discount is applied manually by Ballet Arts Evolution after class selections have been finalized and registration has been reviewed.
Installment plans are offered solely as a convenience and do not constitute month-to-month enrollment.
4. Tuition Due Dates
Unless otherwise communicated by Ballet Arts Evolution, installment payments are due on:
***September 15th
***November 15th
***January 15th
Payments not received by the due date may be subject to late fees.

6. Tuition Assistance Opportunities
Ballet Arts Evolution may offer opportunities for eligible families to reduce tuition costs through approved Studio programs, including:

* Family Referral Program (refer a new student who enrolls and receive a credit toward future performance tickets)
* New families receive a waived registration fee and a $50 Early Bird Discount when payment is made by July 25th.
Participation in tuition assistance programs is subject to Studio approval, availability, and program requirements and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
7. Schedule Changes, Withdrawal & Refund Policy
Class schedule changes may be requested through **November 1**, subject to class availability and Studio approval.
After **November 1**, enrollment is considered a **full-season commitment**, and tuition remains the responsibility of the enrolled family.
All withdrawal requests must be submitted in writing.
Registration fees, tuition payments, costume fees, and other Studio-related fees are **non-refundable**, except where required by applicable law.
Withdrawal from classes does not automatically cancel any previously agreed financial obligations.
8. Attendance
Consistent attendance is essential to each student's progress and success.
Students are expected to arrive on time and attend classes regularly.
Excessive absences or repeated tardiness may affect participation in performances, choreography, competitions, examinations, or other special events.
9. Make-Up Classes
When space permits, students may attend a make-up class of similar age and level with prior approval from Studio management.
Make-up classes:
• Are not guaranteed.
• Have no cash value.
• May not be transferred to another student.
• May not be carried over into future dance seasons.
10. Dress Code
Students are expected to arrive properly dressed in the required Ballet Arts Evolution dress code for each class.
Appropriate dance attire, shoes, and hairstyles are required.
Students who do not meet dress code requirements may be asked to observe class rather than participate.
11. Parent Observation
To promote student independence and minimize classroom distractions, parent observation may be limited except during designated observation weeks or special Studio events.
Parents and guests must remain in designated waiting areas unless invited by Studio staff.
12. Pick-Up & Drop-Off
Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring that students are dropped off and picked up promptly.
Ballet Arts Evolution is not responsible for supervising students before or after their scheduled class times.
13. Student Conduct
Students are expected to:
• Show respect toward instructors, staff, volunteers, and fellow students.
• Follow classroom rules and directions.
• Demonstrate positive sportsmanship.
• Care for Studio property and equipment.
Disruptive, unsafe, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior may result in disciplinary action or dismissal from the Studio.
14. Parent Conduct
Ballet Arts Evolution is committed to maintaining a positive, respectful, and welcoming environment.
Parents and guardians are expected to communicate respectfully with Studio owners, faculty, staff, volunteers, and other families.
Harassment, abusive language, intimidation, discrimination, threatening behavior, or disruption of Studio operations will not be tolerated and may result in dismissal from the Studio.
15. Health & Illness
Students who have a fever, contagious illness, or are otherwise unable to safely participate should remain home.
Parents agree to notify the Studio of any injuries, illnesses, allergies, medical conditions, or physical limitations that may affect participation.
16. Weather & Emergency Closures
Classes may be canceled due to severe weather, emergencies, facility issues, or other circumstances beyond the Studio's control.
Closures will be communicated through the Parent Portal, email, website, and/or official Studio communication channels.
Make-up classes, credits, or refunds are provided solely at the discretion of Ballet Arts Evolution.
17. Recitals & Performances
Participation in performances, showcases, recitals, competitions, or special events may require additional rehearsals, costume purchases, participation fees, and adherence to attendance requirements.
Students who fail to meet attendance, rehearsal, behavioral, or financial obligations may be removed from performances at the discretion of Studio management.
18. Personal Property
Ballet Arts Evolution is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
Students are encouraged to clearly label all dancewear, shoes, costumes, and personal items.
19. Communication
Families are responsible for regularly reviewing Studio emails, newsletters, the Parent Portal, the Studio website, and other official communications.
Failure to review Studio communications does not exempt families from Studio policies, deadlines, financial obligations, or other requirements.
20. Right to Refuse or Terminate Enrollment
Ballet Arts Evolution reserves the right to refuse enrollment or terminate a student's enrollment when it determines that continued participation is not in the best interest of the student, other students, families, faculty, staff, or the Studio.
This includes, but is not limited to, repeated violations of Studio policies, disruptive behavior, harassment, safety concerns, or failure to meet financial obligations.
21. Force Majeure
Ballet Arts Evolution shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, or cancellation of classes, rehearsals, performances, or events resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, public health emergencies, government actions, facility closures, power outages, or other unforeseen events.
The Studio will make reasonable efforts to provide alternative instruction when feasible but does not guarantee make-up classes, credits, or refunds.
