Queen City Dance Factory is committed to maintaining a safe, positive, and respectful environment for all dancers, families, and staff. Bullying of any kind; verbal, physical, social, or digital, will not be tolerated.
Bullying includes behaviors such as teasing, name‑calling, exclusion, threats, spreading rumors, physical aggression, or inappropriate messages online or through group chats. Any action meant to intimidate, embarrass, or harm another dancer is considered bullying.
Dancers are expected to treat teammates and instructors with kindness, respect, and good sportsmanship. All concerns should be reported to a QCDF instructor or studio leadership immediately.
Consequences may include a warning, parent communication, removal from class, required meetings, suspension from events, or dismissal from the program, depending on severity.
Our goal is to provide a supportive studio where every dancer feels safe, valued, and able to thrive.
