Our Acro class for ages 4-8 introduces young dancers to the exciting world of acrobatic movement in a safe, supportive environment. This class focuses on building strength, flexibility, balance, and body awareness while teaching foundational acro skills such as forward rolls, bridges, handstands, cartwheels, and beginning limbering.

Jumps & Turns Foundation Class
Our Jumps & Turns Foundation class focuses on building the core skills dancers need for strong, clean, and consistent technique. Dancers will work on proper body alignment, spotting, strength, balance, and coordination while learning the fundamentals of pirouettes, chaînés, piqués, and a variety of basic leaps and jumps.
This class emphasizes conditioning, muscle control, and technique breakdowns to ensure dancers understand how and why each movement works. Through repetition and structured progressions, students gain confidence and develop the technical base needed to advance into more complex turns and jumps.
Perfect for dancers who want to strengthen their technique and improve their overall performance quality across all dance styles.

This class blends key elements from ballet, jazz, contemporary, and acro with targeted strength and conditioning to help dancers improve power, flexibility, control, and overall performance quality.
Dancers will focus on proper alignment, core stability, balance, clean lines, and polished execution of skills such as turns, leaps, extensions, and transitions. Conditioning segments build endurance and muscle strength, while technique drills help dancers apply that strength directly into their dancing.
