By enrolling in classes at Wyoming Dance Collective, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Assumption of Risk
I understand that dance instruction, acrobatics training, strength and conditioning classes, and related physical activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strains, sprains, falls, and other injuries. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.
2. Release of Liability
I hereby release, waive, and discharge Wyoming Dance Collective, its owner, instructors, staff, and facility from any and all liability for injuries, damages, or losses that may occur as a result of participation in studio activities, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
3. Medical Authorization
In the event of an emergency, I authorize Wyoming Dance Collective staff to obtain medical treatment for myself or my child. I understand that I am responsible for any medical expenses incurred.
4. Physical Condition & Fitness
I confirm that I (or my child) am physically able to participate in dance and related physical activities. I agree to inform the studio of any medical conditions, injuries, or limitations that may affect participation.
5. Photo & Media Release
I grant permission for Wyoming Dance Collective to use photographs or video recordings taken during classes, rehearsals, or events for promotional and marketing purposes, including social media and website content. (Families may opt out in writing.)
6. Code of Conduct
I understand that respectful behavior is expected from students and families. The studio reserves the right to dismiss any participant whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate.
7. Acro & Conditioning Acknowledgment
I understand that acrobatics and strength-based training involve progressive skill development. I agree that students will only attempt skills as directed by instructors and will not practice advanced skills independently without supervision.
8. Tuition, Cancellation & Refund Policy
Tuition Payments
Tuition is due monthly and reserves a student’s place in class. Tuition is based on enrollment, not attendance. Missed classes do not reduce tuition, and refunds are not issued for absences.
Withdrawal & Cancellation
Written notice of withdrawal is required at least 7 days prior to the next billing cycle. If notice is not provided within this timeframe, the upcoming month’s tuition will still be charged. Enrollment remains active, and tuition continues to be billed until written withdrawal is received.
Refund Policy
Tuition payments are non-refundable once processed. Registration fees and costume fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Missed Classes
Make-up classes may be offered when available but are not guaranteed.
9. Weather & Emergency Closure Policy
Wyoming weather can be unpredictable. The safety of our dancers and families is our priority.
In the event of severe weather or emergency conditions, Wyoming Dance Collective may cancel classes. Closure decisions will be communicated via email and/or the studio communication platform.
If conditions improve throughout the day, evening classes may still be held.
Make-up classes may be offered when feasible but are not guaranteed.
Tuition is not prorated for weather-related closures, as tuition reflects enrollment in the program and overall seasonal operating costs rather than individual class attendance.
10. Agreement
By completing registration, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to the terms outlined above.
