3. Payment Security
Online payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. Wyoming Dance Collective does not store full credit card numbers within studio records.
4. Media & Photography
Photos or videos taken during classes or events may be used for promotional purposes, unless a written opt-out request is submitted by the parent/guardian. You can also update your dancers photo preferences in your Dance Studio Pro Parent Portal at any time.
5. Data Protection
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. Access to student information is limited to authorized studio personnel.
6. Communication
By enrolling in classes, families agree to receive studio-related communications via email and/or text message. Families may opt out of non-essential communications at any time.

Wyoming Dance Collective reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy as needed. Any updates will be communicated to enrolled families.
