While participating in art classes provided by Scribbles, LLC, I, the undersigned Releasor, acknowledge and agree to the following:

I realize that participation in the above activity involves inherent risks and dangers. I voluntarily undertake all risks associated with the above activity, including but not limited to injury, damage of clothing or possessions.

I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless Scribbles, LLC, the officers, employees, agents, and representatives from any claim, liability, demand, action, or cause of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage or injury I may incur during or as a result of my participation in the above activity.

We would appreciate the opportunity to use photographs and video of your child(ren) for marketing and advertising purposes, though we have made the conscious decision not to include children's faces in the images and videos that we take at our classes and use for social media and web content. Instead we will show little hands, and the backs of heads and bodies making and experiencing art.
