• Emergency contacts

• Enrolment and attendance history
• Payment records
• Photos and videos (with consent)
HOW INFORMATION IS COLLECTED
Information is collected through:
• Dance Studio Pro enrolment
• Forms
• Communication
• Participation in classes and events
PURPOSE OF COLLECTION
Information is used to:
• Manage enrolments

STORAGE & SECURITY
Information is stored securely within Dance Studio Pro and authorised systems.
Access is restricted and protected against misuse or unauthorised access.

ACCESS & CORRECTION
Families may request access or updates to their information at any time in writing.
MEDIA
Media use is governed by the Media Consent policy.

2026 TERMS OF ENROLMENT, ACCOUNTS & CLUB POLICIES
1. Agreement to Terms
By enrolling with Burleigh Physie, the parent or guardian and student agree to comply with all Terms of Enrolment, Accounts and Payments Policy, and the Club Code of Conduct outlined below. These terms form a binding agreement for the 2026 season.
Burleigh Physie reserves the right to update policies where required. Any material changes will be communicated via the parent portal or email.
2. Enrolment & Commitment
2.1 Enrolment Period
Enrolment is on a term by term basis. By enrolling, families commit to the full term of classes.
2.2 Club Membership Fee
A $50 Club Membership Fee per person applies annually. This covers administration, insurance, music licensing, club operations and resources. This fee is non-refundable.
3. Class Fees & Pricing
Class fees are based on class duration:
30 minutes – $11
45 minutes – $12
60 minutes – $13
90 minutes – $17
The Vault – $18
Elite Training Program (ETP) – $19 (non-discountable)
Fees are charged per term and invoiced accordingly.
3.1 Casual / Drop-In Classes
Casual attendance is limited and subject to availability.
Rates are higher than enrolled classes and advised upon request.
All casual bookings require prior approval.
4. Discounts
Multi class discounts apply per dancer:
1 class – No discount
2 classes – No discount
3 classes – 10%
4 classes – 15%
5 classes – 18%
6 or more – 20% (maximum)
Discounts apply per dancer and only while enrolment is maintained.
Family discounts are applied separately as outlined in the Information Pack.
5. Invoicing, Payments & Direct Debit
Invoices are issued via Dance Studio Pro and due within 14 days.
Payment plans and direct debit are available. Afterpay or Buy Now Pay Later is not offered.
Missed payments may result in:
• Late fees
• Cancellation of payment plan
• Full balance becoming payable
Failure to maintain up to date accounts may result in suspension from classes, events, competitions, private coaching and additional programs.
6. Late Fees
A $10 late fee applies 5 days after the due date.
An additional $10 applies weekly up to 5 weeks.
Students with outstanding balances may not participate in:
• Competitions
• Events
• Photoshoots
• Private lessons
7. Refunds
All fees are non-refundable including missed classes, illness, holidays or change of mind.
8. Competitions & Performances
Fees are invoiced separately and are non-refundable once committed.
Failure to attend rehearsals may result in removal.
9. Private Lessons
Private lessons are available from Term 2 and subject to approval.
24 hours notice is required for cancellations.
Late cancellations are charged in full.
Lessons will not proceed with outstanding accounts.
10. External Training
Students must not participate in external physie training without written approval.
This includes:
• Other physie clubs
• Private physie coaching
• Ongoing physie instruction
Failure to comply may result in:
• Enrolment review
• Suspension or non-continuation
Burleigh Physie reserves the right to restrict participation where this policy is not followed.
11. Attendance & Punctuality
Students are expected to attend regularly and arrive on time.
11.1 Viewing During Classes
Parents are not permitted inside the studio during classes.
This supports focus and independence.
Waiting areas are available and limited viewing is possible via upstairs windows and glass doors.
Parent viewing opportunities will be scheduled throughout the term.
12. Code of Conduct
Students and families must:
• Show respect
• Follow instructions
• Maintain a positive environment
Disruptive behaviour may impact enrolment.
12.3 Studio Use
• Keep all areas clean and tidy
• Maintain low noise levels
• Report damage
• Use bins
Food, belongings and shared spaces must be managed responsibly.
12.4 Studio Floor
No outdoor shoes.
Footwear must be clean.
Bare feet or appropriate footwear recommended.
12.5 Shared Areas
Courtyard and shared spaces must be respected and left clean.
13. Communication
All communication is via email and DSP.
Families must keep details updated.
13.1 Digital Systems
DSP is used for all enrolments, payments and communication.
Additional coaching platforms may be used where applicable.
14. Health & Injury
Participation is at own risk.
Medical conditions must be disclosed.
15. Media Consent
Photos and videos may be used unless opted out in writing.
16. Termination
Enrolment may be terminated for:
• Policy breaches
• Behaviour issues
• Unpaid fees
17. Privacy, Filming & Confidentiality
Filming and sharing of class content is not permitted.
All choreography and materials remain the intellectual property of Burleigh Physie.
17.1 Administration
Responses are provided within 24–48 hours during business days.
18. Acceptance
Enrolment confirms agreement to all terms.
