By creating an account, I confirm that I am at least 18 years old and am the parent or legal guardian of the student(s) I am registering. I understand that participation in Mana Movement programs, including TAAG Dance Collective and affiliated summer camps/intensives, involves physical activity and carries an inherent risk of injury. Participation is voluntary, and I agree to release and hold harmless Mana Movement, its instructors, staff, and affiliated programs from liability for injuries or damages that may occur during participation, except in cases of gross negligence.
I also grant permission for Mana Movement and its affiliated programs to photograph and/or record myself and/or my child during classes, events, rehearsals, and performances, and to use such photos and videos for promotional, marketing, social media, website, and educational purposes without compensation.
I confirm that all information provided is accurate and understand that important program updates, policies, and reminders will be sent through the parent portal and email.

TAAG Dance Collective Waiver & Policies
By registering for TAAG Dance Collective classes, camps, intensives, or events, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Assumption of Risk / Liability Release
I understand that participation in dance, tumbling, acrobatics, gymnastics equipment, and other physical activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, sprains, strains, or other injuries. Participation is voluntary. I knowingly assume all risks associated with participation and agree to release and hold harmless TAAG Dance Collective, Mana Movement LLC, its owners, instructors, staff, guest teachers, and affiliates from any liability for injury, loss, or damage that may occur during participation, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
2. Medical / Emergency Care
I certify that my child (or I) is physically able to participate. I authorize TAAG Dance Collective staff to seek emergency medical treatment if necessary, and I understand that I am responsible for any resulting medical expenses.
3. Photo / Video Release
I grant permission for TAAG Dance Collective and Mana Movement LLC to photograph and/or record myself and/or my child during classes, camps, intensives, rehearsals, performances, and events. I understand these photos/videos may be used for promotional, marketing, social media, website, and educational purposes without compensation.
4. Tuition / Payments
Tuition is due in full at the time of registration to reserve a spot. Registration is first come, first served.
5. Cancellation / Refund Policy
Summer camp and intensive tuition is non-refundable unless the program is canceled by TAAG Dance Collective. In cases of illness, injury, or emergency, credits may be considered at the discretion of TAAG Dance Collective.
6. Drop-Off / Pick-Up
Parents/guardians are responsible for timely drop-off and pick-up. TAAG Dance Collective is not responsible for students outside of scheduled class/camp times.
7. Behavior / Safety Expectations
TAAG Dance Collective is committed to providing a positive, respectful, and safe environment. Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in dismissal from the program without refund.

TAAG Dance Collective – Parent & Student Handbook

Welcome to TAAG Dance Collective! Our mission is to provide high-quality dance training in a positive, structured, and empowering environment.

Dress Code & Required Attire
All dancers are required to wear a solid color leotard, pink or skin-toned tights, and ballet shoes.
Ages 7 & up: Ballet shoes for ballet classes and jazz shoes for jazz classes.
Hair must be pulled back and secured. No jewelry or loose clothing.

Attendance & Punctuality
Dancers should arrive 5–10 minutes early. Regular attendance is essential. Excessive tardiness or absences may affect placement and performance opportunities.

Behavior & Studio Etiquette
Students are expected to follow instructions, show respect, and maintain a positive learning environment. TAAG Dance Collective reserves the right to remove any student whose behavior disrupts class.

Tuition & Enrollment Policies
Tuition is due on the scheduled billing date each month. Payments are non-refundable once the session begins. Enrollment secures the dancer’s spot.
