I understand that Mana Movement, including TAAG Dance Collective and STRUT programs, involves physical activity and participation is voluntary. I acknowledge that dance and fitness activities carry an inherent risk of injury. I agree to release and hold harmless Mana Movement, its instructors, staff, and affiliated programs from any liability for injuries or damages that may occur during participation, except in cases of gross negligence.

I grant permission for Mana Movement and its affiliated programs to photograph and/or record myself and/or my child during classes, events, rehearsals, and performances, and to use such photos and videos for promotional, marketing, social media, website, and educational purposes without compensation.

I confirm that I am at least 18 years old and legally authorized to register myself and/or my child for classes and events.

TAAG Dance Collective – Parent & Student Handbook
Effective Date: January 2026

Welcome to TAAG Dance Collective! Our mission is to provide high-quality dance training in a positive, structured, and empowering environment.

Dress Code & Required Attire
All dancers are required to wear a solid color leotard, pink or skin-toned tights, and ballet shoes.
Ages 7 & up: Ballet shoes for ballet classes and jazz shoes for jazz classes.
Hair must be pulled back and secured. No jewelry or loose clothing.

Attendance & Punctuality
Dancers should arrive 5–10 minutes early. Regular attendance is essential. Excessive tardiness or absences may affect placement and performance opportunities.

Behavior & Studio Etiquette
Students are expected to follow instructions, show respect, and maintain a positive learning environment. TAAG Dance Collective reserves the right to remove any student whose behavior disrupts class.

Tuition & Enrollment Policies
Tuition is due on the scheduled billing date each month. Payments are non-refundable once the session begins. Enrollment secures the dancer’s spot.

Safety & Liability Release
Participation in dance involves inherent risk. By enrolling, the parent/guardian agrees to hold TAAG Dance Collective, its instructors, and staff harmless from liability for injuries sustained during normal participation.

Photo & Video Release
TAAG Dance Collective may photograph or record students for promotional and educational purposes. Permission is granted without compensation.

Agreement
By accepting this agreement, the parent/guardian acknowledges they have read, understand, and agree to all studio policies.
