Industry Dance Project LLC, Competitors, and or their parents/guardians understand and recognize the risks of physical injury inherent in dance and dance performances and are willing to assume those risks. It is agreed that participants, parents/guardians will not hold Industry Dance Project LLC, its employees, independent contractors, Board of Directors, nor any Dance Competition Organizations, Dance Festival Organizations, Dance Convention Organizations, Theaters, Performance Venues, or their directors or employees liable for any injuries sustained or illnesses contracted by them while in any activity or event in Industry Dance Project’s physical location, or in any venue outside of our location.
