The teachers at Brucie Klay's Dance Center take every precaution but are not responsible for personal injury. Please advise teachers of any physical limitations. In consideration of student being permitted to participate in BKDC programs, I, on behalf of student hold harmless, waive, and release BKDC and its staff from all liability and claims on account of personal injury to students participating in BKDC programs.

BKDC uses photographs and videos of its own dancers in its marketing and promotional materials. However, BKDC will not include names of any dancers beside a photograph or video unless specific permission from a parent/guardian has been obtained. By agreeing to this policy, you are granting BKDC full permission to take, use, and publish photographic, video, and digital images of your student for BKDC marketing and promotional purposes. If you do not want to have your student's picture taken during classes/events you may OPT OUT by writing 'No use of pictures' in the Student Information Notes Box. The recital is an open venue, and any participants will be part of the video.
Students should not attend classes if you have any symptoms of COVID; cough, fever, shortness of breath, or been exposed to anyone with Covid - 19. Masks are appreciated with any symptoms of Flu, cold, disease to protect all the students.
