The teachers at Brucie Klay's Dance Center take every precaution but are not responsible for personal injury. Please advise teachers of any physical limitations.
In consideration of student being permitted to participate in BKDC programs, I, on behalf of student hold harmless, waive, and release BKDC and its staff from all liability and claims on account of personal injury to students participating in BKDC programs.
