By enrolling in a class at Nikki's Persian School of Dance, you acknowledge and agree to the following cancellation policy:

Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled class time are non-refundable. No credits or make-up classes will be issued for late cancellations or no-shows. This policy is in place to ensure fairness to the instructor and other participants, and to maintain the integrity of our scheduling system.

By participating in any class offered by Nikki's Persian School of Dance, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with dance instruction and physical activity. While every effort will be made by the instructor, Nikki, to provide a safe and supportive environment and to guide students in a manner that minimizes risk, Nikki and Nikki's Persian School of Dance are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or health conditions that may arise during or as a result of participation in class. By attending class, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms
