LIABILITY RELEASE
By enrolling a student in any program, class, rehearsal, or performance affiliated with Broken Wall Theater Arts (hereafter “BWTA”), the parent(s) or legal guardian(s) of the student acknowledge and agree to the following:
It is the sole responsibility of the parent(s)/guardian(s) to ensure their child is educated regarding the safety rules and behavioral expectations as outlined in the Broken Wall Theater Arts “Rules and Regulations.” The undersigned agrees to be responsible for the conduct of the student and further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Broken Wall Theater Arts and Meredith Covert, including all instructors, staff, volunteers, and property owners affiliated with the program, from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, or expenses arising from injury to person or damage to property incurred as a result of participation in classes, rehearsals, performances, or use of any facility, premises, or surrounding areas utilized by BWTA.
The parent/guardian and student accept full responsibility for any damages caused by the student’s negligent or reckless behavior while on or around the premises. This includes, but is not limited to, damages to physical spaces, props, costumes, or equipment.
MEDIA USE & PHOTO RELEASE
Broken Wall Theater Arts may occasionally photograph or record students during classes, rehearsals, or performances. These images may be used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, website content, printed materials, and local press.
By signing this release, permission is granted to Broken Wall Theater Arts and Meredith Covert to use any photograph, video, or likeness of the student for educational, archival, or promotional purposes without compensation. All media shall be the property of BWTA and may be used at the discretion of the organization.
