Jazz Technique
Tuition is $40 per month or $80 for the full season, November 1-December 19

This dynamic class blends the energy of jazz dance with the storytelling power of musical theater movement. Designed for teen dancers, the course focuses on developing strong technique, expressive performance, and a deep understanding of how dance brings character and emotion to life on stage.

Led by a highly experienced performing arts educator with over twenty years of teaching, directing, and choreographing for youth and professional productions, students will receive expert guidance in proper alignment, strength, flexibility, and style. Each class will balance technical training across jazz fundamentals, isolations, turns, and leaps with expressive work rooted in character and narrative.

Through choreography inspired by Broadway and contemporary theater, students will explore how intention, storytelling, and emotion transform dance into performance. The goal is not just to train capable dancers, but to nurture confident, expressive artists who understand how to connect movement, music, and meaning.
