By creating an account, you confirm that you are a participant who is 18 years of age or older OR you are the parent or legal guardian of the participant(s) you are registering. You agree to receive important program updates via email and acknowledge that all tuition payments, registration fees, and policies must be reviewed and accepted prior to enrollment.

By enrolling in programs through The Academy at Westmoreland Cultural Trust (“The Academy”), I understand and agree to the following payment terms. Enrollment in Auto Pay through the Academy Portal is required for all participants at the time of registration. I may add a credit or debit card, use Apple or Android Pay, or link a bank account for ACH withdrawals. A convenience fee of $3.50 is charged for all online payments. The Academy recommends selecting ACH for the lowest available fee rates.

All tuition, fees, and associated charges must be paid according to the billing schedule provided at registration. Accounts may be paid in full after registering or managed through an approved payment plan arranged with The Academy Administrative Team. Auto Pay deductions will serve as the primary method of fulfilling payment obligations for classes and program participation. Accounts with an outstanding balance must remain in good standing in order for participants to continue attending classes, rehearsals, or activities.

Payments are processed using the valid method stored in my Academy Portal. I am responsible for ensuring that all billing information remains accurate and current. Returned or failed transactions may incur a $35 fee, and unresolved or past due balances may result in temporary suspension from Academy programs until the account is brought current.

All payments are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, withdrawal, scheduling conflicts, illness, injury, dismissal for behavioral reasons, or removal due to nonpayment. If you believe you have extenuating circumstances that may qualify for a refund consideration (e.g., documented medical emergency), you may submit a written refund request to the theacademy@wc-trust.org. Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of the Westmoreland Cultural Trust. Approved refunds may be subject to a processing fee and will not exceed 50% of the total paid amount.
