By creating an account, you confirm that you are the legal parent or guardian of the student(s) you are registering and agree to follow all studio policies outlined by Julia’s Dance Academy.

By enrolling at Julia’s Dance Academy, you agree to the following terms:

1. Liability Waiver
I understand that participation in dance classes involves physical activity and carries a risk of injury. I release Julia’s Dance Academy, its instructors, staff, and affiliates from any liability for injuries or accidents that may occur during classes, rehearsals, performances, or related events.

2. Medical Authorization
In the event of a medical emergency, I authorize the staff of Julia’s Dance Academy to seek medical treatment for my child if I cannot be reached.

3. Payment Policy
Tuition is due monthly and is non-refundable. Late payments may result in a late fee. Auto-pay is available and encouraged. Costume and recital fees are due as communicated throughout the season.

4. Attendance & Makeup Classes
Consistent attendance is essential for progress. Missed classes may be made up in another class of similar level if scheduled within 30 days and with studio approval.

5. Dress Code
Students are expected to follow the dress code appropriate to their class. Hair must be secured and proper shoes worn.

6. Photo/Video Release
I grant permission for my child to be photographed or filmed during classes and events for studio use in promotional materials, social media, and the website, unless I submit a written opt-out request.

7. Class Placement & Evaluations
Julia’s Dance Academy uses skill tracking and placement evaluations to ensure students are placed in the appropriate level. Class placements are at the discretion of the instructors and studio director.

8. Communication
All important studio communication will be sent via email and posted in the parent portal. It is the parent’s responsibility to stay informed.

By completing registration, I acknowledge that I have read and agree to all studio policies and waivers.

By registering for classes at Julia’s Dance Academy, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

I understand that dance involves physical activity and inherent risks of injury. I accept full responsibility for any injuries or accidents that may occur during classes, rehearsals, performances, or studio events.

I release and hold harmless Julia’s Dance Academy, its owners, instructors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from participation.

I agree to follow all studio policies, including attendance, dress code, behavior, and payment terms as outlined in the studio handbook and on the website.

I understand that tuition and fees are non-refundable except as required by law or at the studio’s discretion.

I consent to the use of photos and videos of my child for promotional purposes unless I notify the studio in writing otherwise.
