By registering for classes at Julia’s Dance Academy, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
I understand that dance involves physical activity and inherent risks of injury. I accept full responsibility for any injuries or accidents that may occur during classes, rehearsals, performances, or studio events.
I release and hold harmless Julia’s Dance Academy, its owners, instructors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from participation.
I agree to follow all studio policies, including attendance, dress code, behavior, and payment terms as outlined in the studio handbook and on the website.
I understand that tuition and fees are non-refundable except as required by law or at the studio’s discretion.
I consent to the use of photos and videos of my child for promotional purposes unless I notify the studio in writing otherwise.
By completing registration, I confirm I have read, understood, and agree to comply with these terms and policies.
Private Lesson & Choreography Policy
All private lesson fees and choreography fees are due in full at the time of scheduling. These fees are non-returnable and non-refundable, regardless of attendance. Private lessons may be rescheduled with a minimum of 24-hour notice. If less than 24-hour notice is given, or if the student does not attend the scheduled lesson, the fee will be forfeited.
All choreography services—including competition routines, wedding dances, or special event choreography—are due at the time of scheduling and will be invoiced to the email on file. Choreography fees are non-refundable once scheduled, as time is reserved and creative planning begins immediately.
The studio reserves the right to assign, change, or substitute instructors as needed.
Missed lessons, late arrivals, or student absences do not qualify for refunds or credits.
The studio is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen personal items.
Parents/guardians acknowledge that all choreography created by the studio remains the intellectual property of Julia’s Academy of Dance and may not be taught, sold, or reproduced without permission.
The studio reserves the right to discontinue lessons or services for behavior that disrupts instruction, violates safety policies, or fails to meet financial obligations.
