PERSONAL ASSUMPTION OF RISK: I acknowledge The Joyful Noise Homeschool Academy, Joyful Noise Marching Saints, and The Homeschool Players, and Town View Baptist Church undertake no direct legal or financial responsibility for my personal safety or well-being when I am traveling or participating in student activities during the course of program or programs whether for academic credit or not. In the absence of gross negligence, I hereby agree to assume those risks in this Program or Activity that may cause me personal property damage or loss, academic decline of student, personal medical or hospital costs, personal illness or bodily injury, including pain and suffering, emotional distress, or death, future economic impairment and other consequential losses that may arise during and/or as a result of my participation in this Program or Activity.
Release of Liability: In the absence of gross negligence, in consideration of Joyful Noise Homeschool Academy ( JNAA) , accepting Participants into the Program or Activity, Participant, his/her heirs, executors, administrators, employers, agents, representatives, insurers, and attorneys, hereby release and discharge Joyful Noise Homeschool Academy of Arts (JNAA), any JNAA or Joyful Noise Marching Saints (JNMS ) and The.Homeschool Players ( THP) department, administrative unit, cooperating student organization, or external educational institution and their respective members, officers, employees, and agents ("Released Parties") from any and all claims and causes of action for my personal property damage or loss, personal medical or hospital costs, personal illness or bodily injury, including pain and suffering, emotional distress, or death, personal economic impairment, and other consequential losses that may arise during and/or as a result of my participation in the Program or Activity conducted by or under the control of JNAA , JNMS, or THP
Photo Release:
As a parent or guardian of this student, I hereby consent to the use of photographs/videotape taken during the course of the school year for purposes including publicity, promotional (social Media and Web Page) and/or educational purposes (including publications, presentation or broadcast via newspaper, internet or other media sources). I do this with full knowledge and consent and waive all claims for compensation for use, or for damages.
Payment Policy:
Upon Registration you agree and understand that all payments are non refundable. If your student chooses to not take a class registration fees are non refundable. Class Drop Deadline is August 1st. If a student Drops a class on or before August 1st you will not be responsible for tuition for the remainder of the year.
If a student drops a class or the program for any reason payments are not refundable, and if there is a balance due it still MUST STILL BE PAID AND PAYMENT ARANGEMENTS MUST BE KEPT THROUGH THE COMPLETION OF THE YEAR. Music and Theatre classes are a FULL YEAR commitment, we rarely allow mid year students into the program, so your seat is for the full school year. If a balance is outstanding for a student who drops the program a 10% monthly late fee will be added monthly if payment arrangements are not kept. You agree to be contacted by text, email, or phone for purposes of collecting this fee.
Tuition may be paid anytime before the start of class in full.
The Payment Schedule is as follows:
Monday Theatre Payment Schedule is : Due on the First of every Month, plus a one-time production fee of $100 paid any time before Jan 1st.
Friday Music Payment Schedule is : Due on the First of every Month, plus a one-time production fee of $100 paid any time before Jan 1st.
To be considered for a payment plan, automatic payments are required plus a 5 dollar monthly account maintenance fee.
Medical emergency:
All Drop off Students will be required to place on file an emergency contact form, insurance information, and consent for treatment in the event of an absolute emergency and a parent cannot be reached.
Child pick up:
Children will only be released to the enrolling parent and pick up persons listed by the enrolling parent.
Child pick up late fees and excessive lateness:
We do our best to try to work with parents in emergencies when pick up is late however after 2 or more excessive late pick ups the following will take effect:
In the event a child or children are picked up more then 20 minutes after the program ends a $30.00 late pick up fee per 30 minutes will be charged.
