By completing this online enrollment, I, the undersigned parent/legal guardian/account holder, acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to adhere to the key policies and procedures of Bremerton Dance Center (BDC) as summarized below and detailed in the full policy documents available on our website at www.bremertondancecenter.com.
1. Acceptance of Policies
I understand that upon enrollment and participation at BDC I/we are subject to all studio policies, including but not limited to those regarding safety, conduct, and financial obligations. I agree to review the full, detailed policies on the BDC website and adhere to them.
2. Financial Policies, Billing & Late Fees
I understand and agree to BDC's tuition rates, payment schedules, and billing procedures. I acknowledge that I am responsible for all tuition and fees associated with my account and any additional costs for costumes, performances, or merchandise. I agree to pay all invoices by their due dates and understand that late fees will be applied as outlined in BDC's financial policies for overdue payments. I also understand that accounts with outstanding balances may result in suspension of participation or enrollment termination.
3. Code of Conduct & Studio Environment
I agree to ensure I am/we are abiding by BDC's Code of Conduct, promoting a respectful, safe, and positive environment for all students, staff, and families. I understand that disruptive behavior, bullying, or disregard for studio rules may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or dismissal from the studio.
4. Studio Operations, Building Rules & Parking
I agree to respect and follow all studio operating procedures, including specific rules for drop-off/pick-up, waiting areas, and general conduct within the studio premises. I also agree to adhere to any building-specific rules and designated parking regulations to ensure the safety and convenience of all patrons and neighbors.
5. Communication
I understand that BDC primarily communicates important information, updates, and announcements via email and through our online parent portal/app. I agree to regularly check these channels for crucial updates regarding classes, events, billing, and policies. It is my responsibility to ensure my contact information is current in my BDC account.
6. BDC Advertisement & Photo/Video Release
I understand that dancers may be photographed and/or videotaped during classes, rehearsals, and performances by BDC staff or authorized photographers/videographers. These images and videos may be used by BDC for internal archives and for promotional and commercial purposes (e.g., website, social media, brochures). BDC will never pair a dancer's full name with their image without my express written permission. If I wish to opt out of my dancer's image being used for BDC's promotional or commercial purposes, I understand that I must specifically notate on my account to opt out of this.
7. Attendance & Dress Code
I understand the importance of consistent attendance for my dancer's progress and the benefit of the group. I agree to notify the studio in advance of any anticipated absences. I also agree to ensure my dancer adheres to the specific dress code requirements for their enrolled classes as outlined in BDC's policies, as this is essential for safety, proper instruction, and discipline.
