You must be over 18 to register for an account.

* Tuition Policy for 2025 Summer session:

- Registration Fee ($25) is due at the time of registration / only applies to new students that have not attended classes in 2024-2025 season (non-refundable).
- Summer session runs from June 30 - August 16 and tuition for summer classes is charged for the whole 7-week session, unless otherwise agreed prior to registration.

* Tuition Policy for 2025-2026 Season:

- Registration Fee ($25) + one month's tuition are due at the time of registration (both are non-refundable).
- Classes start on August 18th but we don't charge tuition for the two weeks in August and the monthly billing starts as of September 1st. Our year-round program runs from August 18, 2025 - June 20, 2026.
- Next payment is due on the 1st of every month from October 2025 - June 2026. Tuition cost for the year is calculated for our 10-month session, and is divided into 10 equal monthly installments. Therefore, tuition stays the same regardless of the number of weeks in a month.
- First month's tuition is prorated for new students only.
- If you are discontinuing classes, a written notice must be emailed 10 days prior to the start of the next month to avoid being charged.
- There are no refunds, carry-overs, or credits for missed classes or withdrawals. Make-ups for any missed class(es) must be scheduled in advance and done during the current session.
- All classes are payable in advance by Credit card, ACH, Zelle, Check or Cash.
*** PLEASE NOTE that there will be a convenience fee added to any payments made by Credit card (3.05% + $0.30) and/or ACH (1% + $0.20)
- Launch Dance Center enforces a $20.00 returned check fee, and a $10.00 late fee on late payment of tuition (posted 5 days after tuition's due date).
- Students with delinquent accounts will not be permitted to take a class or participate in the productions.

Release of Liability:
1. Acknowledgment of Risk
I, the undersigned, hereby acknowledge that participation in dance classes, rehearsals, performances, and related activities at Launch Dance Center involves physical activity and carries with it inherent risks, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, and property damage.

2. Assumption of Risk
I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in activities at Launch Dance Center, whether such risks are known or unknown. I certify that I or my child is physically fit and capable of participating in dance activities.

3. Release of Liability
In consideration for being permitted to participate in programs at Launch Dance Center, I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless Launch Dance Center, its owners, instructors, staff, agents, and affiliated parties from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may be sustained by me or my child while participating in any dance-related activities or while on the premises.

4. Medical Treatment
In the event of a medical emergency, I authorize Launch Dance Center to seek medical treatment on my behalf or that of my child. I agree to be responsible for any and all medical expenses incurred as a result of illness or injury during participation.

Media Release:
I allow for Launch Dance Center to use images of my child as Launch Dance Center determines, such as use to include taking, recording, photographing, display, distribution, publication, transmission, or other uses of photographs, video recordings, digital records and other images taken or made during the course of my child's activities at or with Launch Dance Center during class, camps, performances and likewise. Such uses may include but are not limited to advertising, and promotional materials, brochures, newsletters, and electronic media including the Launch Dance Center website.
