1. Liability Waiver
Participation in dance classes and related activities involves inherent risks of injury. By enrolling, you voluntarily assume all such risks and release Windsor Ballet Academy, its instructors, staff, and facility from any liability for personal injury, illness, or property loss that may occur as a result of participation.
2. Medical Emergencies
In the event of a medical emergency where you cannot be reached, you authorize Windsor Ballet Academy staff to obtain appropriate medical assistance. You agree to assume all financial responsibility for any care or treatment provided.
3. Media Release
You grant permission for Windsor Ballet Academy to photograph or record you/your child during classes or events for promotional use on our website, social media, and marketing materials.
4. Studio Policies
You agree to follow all studio policies, including those related to dress code, behaviour, attendance, and communication. Repeated failure to follow these guidelines may result in dismissal from the program without refund.
5. Health & Safety
You agree not to attend in-person classes if you or your child are experiencing symptoms of illness or have been recently exposed to a communicable disease. You agree to comply with all health and safety protocols implemented by the studio.
6. Tuition Payments
You acknowledge that tuition is based on the full season’s training cost and is divided into 10 equal monthly payments, billed monthly. Tuition remains the same each month and is not prorated for holidays, absences, or variations in the number of scheduled classes.
You understand that tuition must be paid on time each month in order for your child to continue participating in classes. If payment is not received by the due date, you agree that your child’s will be not be allowed to participate in classed until the outstanding balance is paid in full.
