BALLET FOUNDATIONS
In this class we work on perfecting the basics to improve overall technique. This class is for all ages and levels - open to anyone interested in developing stronger technique, better placement, and more muscle control. We work on simple, slow combinations to ensure each move is done correctly using the right muscles and that each student is given the attention needed to master the foundational moves of ballet and dance.

ACADEMY LEVEL 1
LEVEL 1: AGES 9-11. The Academy Program provides serious and structured training without the intensity of a full-time schedule. Dancers ages 9–18 take classes in ballet, pointe, repertoire, and stretch, with two in-studio performances a year. Whether students aim to audition for university dance programs or as a meaningful extra-curricular, this program equips them with the discipline, technique, and confidence needed to succeed inside and outside of the studio.
