We value your trust in us and are committed to providing you with the best possible service. To ensure clarity and transparency regarding our payment terms, we would like to inform you of our Non-Refundable Fee Policy.
*All fees paid for services, programs, events, or products are non-refundable. Once a payment has been made, it is considered final.
*Classes, programs, uniforms and private lessons are not secured until full payment is made.
*Should a student miss their class for any reason, their lesson fee is forfeited.
*Should Stage & Theatre miss a class, program or private for any reason, a catch up class or account credit will be allocated.
Class Etiquette
*Students are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner at all times. Stage & Theatre Co will not tolerate bullying, bad language or disrespectful behaviour of any kind. Teachers reserve the right to remove a child from class if they are not conducting themselves correctly.
*We have a Kiss and Drop policy at the door for every class. Parents are not permitted inside. This is to ensure the safety of each student under our care.
Food and Drink
*Food is not permitted inside the hall or in classes.
*No glassware is permitted inside the hall or classes.
*Water only during lesson times.
Social Media
*Please act with integrity when posting online. Do not post other students without their parents permission. Ensure you are aware of laws covering defamation, privacy and the protection of intellectual property such as choreography.
*Parents are not permitted to contact teachers via social media. Please contact teachers through Dance Studio Pro or email.
Uniform
*All students are to dress appropriately for a dance class. No jeans, skirts or dangly jewellery please. Each student attending lessons must wear their studio t-shirt (purchased on the portal) and comfortable black shorts or leggings.
*Students in jazz classes must wear tan jazz shoes.
*Students in lyrical classes must wear tan half soles or foot undies.
*Students in Musical Theatre must wear soft soled shoes such as trainers.
*Students in tap classes must have tan tap shoes.
*Tumble students must have bare feet, no socks.
Private Music Tuition
*Students are allocated one catch up lesson per term, if the tutor is given a minimum of 24 hours notice. If the tutor misses lessons for any reason, a catch up lesson will always be given.
