Sharing Content: Students, parents, or staff members who wish to share studio content (such as choreography, videos, or photos) on social media must seek prior written consent from the studio, and proper credit must be given to the studio and creators.
Infringement and Enforcement
Infringement: Any unauthorised use or reproduction of intellectual property belonging to Dance Avenue is considered infringement and may result in legal action, including but not limited to cease-and-desist orders, removal of content, or financial penalties.
Reporting Violations: If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been violated, please contact the studio immediately. The studio will take appropriate action to address any infringement and protect the rights of its creators.
