Avoid disruptive behaviour that may hinder others’ learning.
Respect studio property, including mirrors, floors, and equipment.
Dress Code:

3. Parent/Guardian Responsibilities

8. Consequences for Non-Compliance

The Dress Code Policy at Dance Avenue is designed to promote a professional, safe, and distraction-free learning environment. Proper attire ensures students can move freely, instructors can monitor alignment and technique, and everyone respects the shared space. A Dress Code Policy ensures a professional and cohesive atmosphere while prioritising safety and comfort.

General Guidelines
All attire should be clean, in good condition, and appropriate for the specific class.
Hair must be neatly secured to avoid interference with movement (e.g., bun for ballet, ponytail for other styles).
Jewellery should be kept minimum for safety reasons.
Footwear should match the requirements for the class and should not be worn outside to maintain studio floors.

Dance and related physical activities carry inherent risks, including, but not limited to, slips, falls, muscle strains, sprains, and other injuries.
I (or my child) voluntarily choose to participate in dance classes, rehearsals, performances, and other activities conducted by Dance Avenue.
I assume full responsibility for any injuries or damages that may occur as a result of participation in these activities, whether on studio premises or at off-site events.

A non-refundable registration fee of $30 is required upon enrollment to secure a spot in classes.

Tuition is based on a school term payment system.
Individual Rates : Based on singular classes.
Package Rates: Discounts are available for students enrolling in multiple classes.
Note: Tuition fees remain the same regardless of the number of weeks in the month or public holidays.

3. Payment Due Dates
Tuition payments are due 21 days after invoice is generated.
Late payments will incur a late fee of $10 per week if a payment plan hasn't been generated and payment is not received by the due date.

4. Payment Methods

Cash made payable at Dance Avenue reception.

5. Refunds and Credits
Tuition fees are non-refundable, except in the case of medical emergencies or long-term absence approved by studio management.
Missed classes due to illness, travel, or other reasons will not be refunded.

6. Withdrawal Policy
Students withdrawing from classes must provide 2 weeks written notice to the studio.
Tuition will continue to be billed until notice is received.
Fees are non-refundable upon withdrawal.

7. Studio Closures and Make-Up Classes
Tuition is not prorated for holidays or studio closures.
In the event of unexpected closures (e.g., inclement weather), make-up classes will be offered when possible.
