I, the undersigned, hereby grant Dance Avenue permission to use photographs and/or videos of my child, for the purposes listed below:

Studio Marketing and Promotion

Brochures, flyers, posters, and other printed materials.
Studio website and blog content.
Social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
Event Documentation

Advertising performances, classes, or other studio events.
Archival purposes or studio records.
Third-Party Sharing

Submission to dance competitions, partner organisations, or local media.
I understand that these images/videos may be used without identifying personal details such as my child’s name, unless additional consent is provided.
