By participating in classes, rehearsals, performances, or activities with The Moving Company Dance Studio, I/we understand and acknowledge the following:
Participation in dance activities carries a risk of injury, illness, or property damage, which I/we voluntarily assume.
I/we agree to inspect the facilities and equipment before participating and to alert staff if anything appears unsafe.
I/we release, waive, and hold harmless The Moving Company Dance Studio, its staff, volunteers, and affiliates from any claims related to personal injury, illness (including COVID-19), or property damage that may arise from participation before, during or after classes.
I/we agree to follow all studio rules and guidelines, and understand that participation is voluntary and at my/our own risk.
By signing, I/we acknowledge that I/we have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this waiver.
