Tuition: Due the first week of each month. There will be a $15 late fee added per CLASS, if paid after the 1st of each month. We do offer a Multi Child/Class Discount of 10%! (No decimals – Payment is rounded to the highest whole dollar (ex: $40+40= $80 - $8 = $72 monthly)) There is a $15 registration fee per new dancers including new siblings.

Dress Code and Shoes: Leotards are required for every female dancer. They can be any color and style. Dancers may wear FITTED dance clothing over their leotards, including dance skirts, dance pants, leggings, fitted athletic clothing. However, Jeans and oversized baggy clothing and sweats are not permitted in class. Wearing inappropriate clothing for class restricts movement. Shoes are required for EVERY class. You will need Black taps, Pink ballet and/or Black jazz shoes for your classes. Boys must wear fitted dance or athletic clothing. Boys Hip-Hop clean indoor black with white sole shoes. Please remember a leotard every class and FITTED clothing, there are no exceptions. (Dancers wearing improper dance attire 2 weeks in a row will be asked to sit and watch class. A leotard and dance wear helps keep students’ modesty and helps teachers to correct body alignment)
Recital Information: We have a recital at the end of the dance season; Date will be posted as soon as it's finalized, mid-February. Our goal Recital date is Saturday, May 18th with rehearsal the Friday before. There is a $45 costume Deposit per class due by November 1st, (older groups have two deposits for tap/ballet combos) with balances due December 1st, full cost per costumes range $60-$75. We also have a photo day, Saturday, May 11th with Ryan Smith Visuals. (Costume deposits can also be made Sept-Nov in increments if need)
Classroom Rules: It is very important that dancers arrive on time for class. Running late cuts class short and without a proper warm-up and stretching, dancers are at a higher risk for injuries. It is very important parents stay out of class, and do not disrupt if a child is misbehaving. Please let the teacher(s) handle it. It’s very important to keep a dancer in class if they have a moment and have them watch what the other students are learning that way, they will still see what is expected. We rarely have a problem but occasionally, dancers have an off day. If a dancer does need to leave class, the teacher will bring them out.
Makeup Classes: We do not offer makeup classes unless we have to cancel multiple weeks in a row due to weather or instructor/teacher illness. No account credit for missed classes.
Waiting Area Rules: Parents are not required to stay during class, and it is strongly encouraged to drop off and pick up. Parents are responsible for watching or bringing their children into the building during drop off. Families staying in the waiting room during classes must watch their own children, limit running around and loud noises as it’s distracting to kids taking class. We kindly ask for NO Food in our waiting room. Please help us keep the waiting area clean for everyone. Please also note there are other businesses in the building, keep this in mind and do not let children scream and run, as this can be very disruptive for others and their patrons.
