Cardio Dance
Cardio dance is similar to zumba. Come dance and sweat. Not a dancer? no worries follow along and have fun. All fitness level welcome. Clean indoor sneakers. No outside shoes.
Adult fitness classes - $10 Drop in, $45 for a 6 class Punch card or $75 for 10 class card (cards expire in 3 months) .

Barre Fitness combines, Ballet, Yoga and Pilates to help tone legs, arms, bums and core. Helps with Balance and an overall full body workout and tone. Please bring your own yoga mat if you have one. barefoot or yoga socks best. (we have yoga mats if need)
