I UNDERSTAND and authorize that Ballet Etobicoke may take and use photographs/videos of me and/or my child for purposes of record keeping, advertising and marketing (through print materials and/or social media). I recognize that I do not have any rights to these photographs/videos and will not be compensated for the same.

I UNDERSTAND in-class practice videos may be taken and shared with the class as practice materials. These videos are password protected, only given to the class, and deleted as soon as not needed. Recital and Dance Camp videos are taken and shared with the relevant people and are password protected. For any questions or concerns please email admin@balletetobicoke.ca.
