Diversity & Inclusion Policy
At Ballet Etobicoke, we are committed to fostering an inclusive and equitable environment for all students and families. We actively work to support dancers from racialized and marginalized communities through thoughtful programming, scholarship opportunities, and ongoing staff training in anti-racism and inclusion.
We are mindful of how dance education reflects history and culture, and we aim to present work that is both age-appropriate and culturally aware. We uphold a zero-tolerance policy for racism, discrimination, or any unsafe behaviour in our studio.
As a community, we celebrate diversity through workshops, representation in our materials, and accessible class scheduling. We don’t claim to have all the answers—but we are committed to listening, learning, and using our platform to support positive change in the arts.
Refund Policy
Ballet Etobicoke offers a three-class trial period for new students. If a student withdraws within the first three weeks of the session, only the classes attended will be charged, and the remainder will be refunded.
After the first three weeks, no refunds will be issued for missed classes, schedule changes, or personal circumstances.
This policy helps us maintain consistent class sizes and program planning throughout the session.
Schedule Change Policy
Ballet Etobicoke reserves the right to adjust class schedules as needed. Changes may occur due to enrollment numbers or availability of studio space.
As we share our facility with many other programs at the church, occasional adjustments may also be required to accommodate church events or services. We will always provide as much notice as possible and do our best to minimize disruption.Your flexibility and understanding help us continue offering high-quality programming in a shared community space.
